Good customer service, terrible meal. Curly fries were cold scraps and the turkey gyro was cold n damp. Gross.

The guy who worked here was friendly, helpful AND fast. He was also polite and respectful. I normally do not do reviews for... these kinds of places because I just don't eat there, but a) they have gyros and I was road tripping and b) this kid was sadlyrare in this pandemic environment. He had good work ethics. Good on them for hiring this guy. So you guys can figure out theemployee, I was there around 3p, Friday, he was heavier set, dark hair and mustache, working the drive thru. I stopped at this Arby's to pick up dinner on 7/15. I was immediately called for my order. While placing the order the system... kept freezing and then starting again. So after my order was brought up while trying to pay my debit card was changed, i sawthe approval on the screen. However the cashier stated it wasn't, so she had me run the card 3 more times all times denied(because it had already taken payment). The cashier still insisted that the payment did not go through. I pulled out a creditcard to make payment. I asked that my sandwiches be remade as it had been over 5 minutes. The cashier rolled her eyes at me. I checked by bank statement for my debit card and see that the charge had been taken out and I also checked my credit cardstatement and it was also charged on the credit card. I called the store on 7/18 at 9:24 and made contact the manager whostated he had to look at the receipts on Friday and would call me back. I did try over the weekend both on Saturday and Sundaywith no answer on the phone. Now the manager will not take my calls. I called back at 1:00 and the manager then told me he sentit to someone else and they would call. I told him I expected a call within the hour and he said he can't do that. I then askedfor the number to call myself and he said he couldn't do that but he would get them to call me with in the hour. He also saidit went to the DM. Not sure what DM - district manager I assume. Double charges do not go over well with me. **EDIT** I willgive Dan Kosse, District Manager, 2 added stars for remedying the situation however this situation should never have occurred. I did have to email him copies of both card transaction statements and physically go back to the restaurant to get a refundprocessed. Still not sure I would visit this Arby's store again. Read more

The manager of this Arby's is AWESOME! She made my night tonight with her positive attitude even after the rude customer in... front of me. Everyone is so upbeat and the food was fast. The restaurant was so clean, and well decorated. 10/10 Read more

For one of the most expensive things on the menu, this is disgusting. It?s SMOTHERED in BBQ sauce and I think mayo? The meat... looks like rubber. Genuine rubber. I?m pretty sure it?s supposed to have crispy onions? Didn?t have that either. I wanted to doa review to the store itself but I wasn?t even given a receipt. The service was good, but I just spent $23 on a meal that tastesgross and was made as sloppy as it could?ve been. Read more

The service is fast and the food is great. We got our order in a few minutes even when there were a lot of people. The... restaurant is clean. I will definitely go back there. It is also easy to get there. Too bad they do not have any grilled chickensandwich option. Read more
