Atmosphere is okay. Great view on the patio. Good drinks, had the prickly mule; a little on the sweet side. Tasty appetizers; we... had the short rib nachos (though the meat tasted like a roast). Tenderloin Medallions were interesting; decent flavor, appealingplating with a great carrot puree. I think I'd go for a burger next time, my fiance's burger and sweet potato fries wereamazing! The triple chocolate cake was surprisingly delicious; very moist and rich. Nice service, no complaints about thestaff. Bathrooms smelled rancid though... Overall not impressed. The bartender over-shared with my guest and other customers. The beer was good. The food came out and was... not at all impressive. The chicken was masked with spice, once the jalapeños were moved all I was left with was a chicken sliceslammed with black pepper. The staff blamed the experience on boars head chicken. Came during happy hour (3pm-6pm) on a Tuesday which was 50% off bottles of wine and lamb chop, along with 50% off cocktails.... They have a limited selection of cocktails but the White Sangria and Harvest Margarita were fantastic. We ate side for dinnerin July they had misters and cooling fans. Great atmosphere We had the Short Rib nachos which were extremely delicious- theymake their chips in-house and they braise the short rib for a long time. Cauliflower tacos had good flavor just couldn?t finishthe whole thing. We were excited to try their 7 onion soup - it had a more hearty soup base and they use Swiss cheese. 5 of us on a "guys night out" sat outside near the misters for dinner as It was a beautiful but warm 105 degrees when we were... seated at about 6:30. Very pleasant with a fantastic view of the Catalina Mountains. Inside was dark, drab and spartan so mostcustomers were also sitting outside on a slow Tuesday night in June. Service was pretty good, and the steak salad I had wastasty, though with less greens than I would have expected. I also had 2 fresh, cold craft beers (Wow Wheat) and the bill wasslightly over 25 dollars. The guy next to me had been there before and he strongly recommended the Brandy Burger which he saidwas well prepared and moist with an unusual sauce that he really liked. Fortunately however I made a different choice becausewhat he got when ordered it again was what not at all what he'd had previously. Instead extremely dry. No sauce. Apparentlythey were out or the cook just forgot. Net of everything,The Harvest is just so-so. There are many excellent restaurants inTucson area within 30 minutes commute time from where I live far north. So I most likely will not return. Read more
Great atmosphere and patio. Our service was fantastic. Food is fresh and overall pretty good, with some vegan/vegetarian... substitutions available, but I?d really like to see more fully vegan options on the menu by default. Read more
Been a while since I've eaten at Harvest, but this popped up on my recommendations when looking for a place to have lunch with... my wife, and I'm sure glad it did! This was our first time at this particular location, but it's everything we remember lovingso much. Between the two of us we enjoyed wine, a blueberry mule, gnocchi, a burger, carrot cake, and a chocolate cake. Omg.Everything was so delicious! It's been a while since I've had a burger at a restaurant but I was not disappointed. In fact, I'dsay it was probably one of the best burgers I've had! Highly recommend every single dish we tried above, and can't wait to goback again for more. P.S. our server was great too! Read more
We ordered sweet potato fries for an appetizer and we ate them so fast we couldn?t even get a picture. We came in as a group of... four and order the Salmon, Cuban sandwich, and two orders of the vegetable pasta. Cuban sandwich: the overall presentation wasgood, the bread tested good but it was missing a sauce as it was too dry and bland Salmon: too creamy, but the fish was cookedperfectly Vegetable pasta: was missing some spices but the vegetables and fettuccini pasta were delicious. There was a largeratio of vegetables compared to pasta. The service was good, the waitresses came to our table to ask if we needed anythingnumerous amounts of times which was helpful, ordering was easy though section is slightly limited and pricy(the cheapest entreewas 20$ but these are fine because of their excellent taste.
