The food was good, but the service was beyond horrible. On October 8th around 7 in the morning, I went to get coffee in which I... ordered "2 large coffees both with 5 cream and 5 Splendas each." Somehow that became "1 large coffee with 5 cream and 5 sugars"and "1 large coffee with 5 cream 5 equals." How they managed to get this order like that is beyond comprehension. When I askedthe young woman at the first window if both coffees had "5 cream and 5 Splendas" she replied yes. When I got my receipt, it wasnot what I asked for. When the woman at the second window tried to hand me the coffee with cream and sugar, I told her "No, thatis not what I ordered," and when I tried to explain what I told the first girl, she abruptly stopped me and told me to pull overto the side "Since I had to redo your coffee." As far as I could tell, I was the only vehicle in line. Mistakes happen and thatis normal, we are human. But it seems they do not hold their staff accountable for their actions. Read more

This place bever gets your orders right. Not to mention how expensive its gotten. Fries are NEVER fresh. Ordered 2 10pc nuggets... for my daughter and asked for ranch...got home and it was all sweet and sout which I didnt even ask for. The people there dontcare, arent happy, etc. I will now always drive up to Magee to get food....its a shame how nothing has changed at this locationin the last year or so. Can not get over the fact that they will not let you order with a person. Would rather drive to Magee then come here. Machines... don't always work right, and still have to pay with my cash at the counter. What is the point? Read more
