Came in a little before 8 pm on a Thursday, so not that busy. Our waitress was nice and somewhat attentive. For the food, my... husband I both ordered soup and salad. I ordered the chicken gnocchi, no gnocchi in first bowl, waited for 2nd bowl and guesswhat no gnocchi!!! So very disappointing. The salad was not good either it looked like really old yellow/brown wilted lettuceand even the croutons tasted stale. However that's not the only reason I am giving it 1 star. The restaurant is filthy. Thebooth that we sat down at had paper stuck(sticky) to the table and the walls looked as if they weren't washed in a year. Therewas crayon scribbled on wall, and there was splatter of something red along with dust on the ledge. Same with both of therestrooms (dusty). So sad because we used to love having date night here! I was excited to eat at Olive Garden because it had been a while since I had eaten there. My friend, whose birthday we were... quietly celebrating, and I had already decided to order the soup, the salad, and breadsticks selection. When we arrived we wereimmediately seated. Our server was prompt and very friendly. He immediately took our drink and food orders. It seemed like notime before both arrived. There were four choices of soups, chicken and gnocchi, pasta e fagioli, minestrone, and zuppa toscana. We both ordered the chicken and gnocchi first. It was great! I'm not Italian and I'm not exactly sure how gnocchi is made or howit is intended to taste, but I do know that we both loved the chicken and gnocchi soup! We both wanted to expand our taste budsa bit so we ordered different soups this time. For her second bowl, my friend ordered the minestrone and I ordered the ZuppaToscana. Neither of us were disappointed! My friend said the minestrone lived up to its name, and I tell you something, whoeverthought of putting spicy sausage, kale and potatoes together in a creamy soup hit it out of the park! Loved it! ???? Even withas great as the soups and breadsticks are (our server even gave us a couple extra breadsticks to go), the salad was a bitdisappointing. I'm not sure if it was just too much dressing, or if there was some excess moisture in the bowl, but the saladwas a bit soggy. Even though they have fabulous desserts like strawberry cream cake or tiramisu, we both decided to pass. Eventhough the salad was a bit wet, you can really never go wrong with the soup, salad and breadsticks from Olive Garden, especiallywith their great selection of homemade soups! ???? Read more

A favorite of hubs and I no doubt. A quick bite and strawberry lemonade as a refresher (must try!). Staff was friendly and... curious. Restaurant was clean and organized. If you're in the area, stop and grab yourself a lemonade! Read more

My family and I dine at this Oro Valley Olive Garden fairly frequently and the food/service is always very good. The food was... delicious (and way too much to finish - hello leftovers!) Tonight, however, the service that we received was OUTSTANDING! Ourserver, Jacob, made our meal even better. He was professional, courteous, just the right amount of attentive and he was funnyand playful at the same time. He even packed up our girl's desserts to go when we said that that we were all to stuffed to eatanother bite. Thank you Jacob for being part of our experience tonight. Read more

8/28/22 My experience at this restaurant today was two-fold. First, the food was hot and fresh for me it was great; the person... I was with did not enjoy the soup it was the Chicken Gnoche. His soup had one Gnoche in it. It also appeared to both of usthat it was less than done. He asked for his soup to be removed from the order and after the manager came over, it was. Themanager proceeded to tell us that the Gnoche is only guaranteed to have 1 to 3 Gnoche per serving. Again, his bowl had one. Ihad another serving. In the many years the person I was with have come to Olive Garden never have we only had 1 to 3 Gnoche Inthe bowl. The 2nd part actually is what began our visit to the restaurant. We were seated. No server ever came to us to us in 15minutes maybe more. We watched others around us being seated and served. We watched one server in another section speaking witha customer the entire time there was noone assisting us and even beyond that after someone did show up to assist us (see photo). The person with me left to go locate someone to assist us as the servers around us were not helping. While he was asking forassistance someone else came up and asked me if we needed help, Ares. I said yes. Ares, was kind, friendly andknowledgeable. This was to be our last HURRAY per se of a vacation. We chose the restaurant in a upscale neighborhood as wewanted it to be a fine dining experience, it was certainly less than that. Read more

Came in tonight with my family for dinner. We were greeted tonight by a friendly and attentive staff. Cody our waiter did such... a fantastic job we are impressed by him. Overall, everything went smooth and no issues. Loved the wine bar located right behindthe hostess desk. Nice decor and ambience. I highly recommend this location. Read more

Lunch at Olive Garden is always a treat for this vegetarian. Their eggplant Parm is my absolute favorite. This Olive Garden was... unlike any I'd been in before, though. The decor was not rustic Italian, but closer to the Southwestern decor I've been seeingon my trip to Arizona. The colors were rusty browns and oranges, as opposed to the yellows and greens we have at our OG inFlorida. It was a pretty decor, and quite comfortable. I've said it in other reviews of this area and I'll say it again here, the people who work here are the most polite and caring people I've had the pleasure of being customers of in my entire life. They truly enjoy their work AND the people they work for and with. It's a pleasure to walk into a service oriented business inthis area of the country and deal with workers. They just lift my heart to know that America's Spirit is still out there andkicking. If you like Olive Garden, be sure to stop in this one. OG's eggplant Parm is the best! It's so crispy and delicious, not soggy in the slightest, and this specific store was no different. An all around excellent lunch. Read more

The service was great, we were seated immediately. The portions are large - came home with a lot of leftovers! The food was... pretty good, I would say 4/5 - that's pretty great for a chain restaurant. Would definitely eat here again. Read more
