Man I hadn't been to papa John's in years and recently was reminded to why. Pizza was undercooked, super bland, and just not... good. First time I threw half of a pizza away cause it was gross. Read more
So, I ordered a day in advance using Papa John's call center for a work event. I got to the store to pick up our food early in... case anything went wrong...glad I did. Not only, was my order wrong, but they also didn't make one of my pizzas! So I sat thereand waited for them to make the other. It was more expensive and everything; it was NOT what the lady quoted me over thephone. Luckily, James, the general manager, was working and made it right. I hope his store doesn't get dinged, because this100% wasn't his fault. I hadn't ordered from Papa John's in years. It will probably be a few more before I forget this and orderfrom them again. Papa John's now has gluten-free pizza, for which I am very thankful. We got it delivered at our home, and the delivery man was... very nice and friendly. the two pizzas we had- one with Alfredo sauce and the other with red pizza sauce- and both were good.However, the Alfredo was much better.
