So, I ordered a day in advance using Papa John's call center for a work event. I got to the store to pick up our food early in... case anything went wrong...glad I did. Not only, was my order wrong, but they also didn't make one of my pizzas! So I sat thereand waited for them to make the other. It was more expensive and everything; it was NOT what the lady quoted me over thephone. Luckily, James, the general manager, was working and made it right. I hope his store doesn't get dinged, because this100% wasn't his fault. I hadn't ordered from Papa John's in years. It will probably be a few more before I forget this and orderfrom them again. Papa John's now has gluten-free pizza, for which I am very thankful. We got it delivered at our home, and the delivery man was... very nice and friendly. the two pizzas we had- one with Alfredo sauce and the other with red pizza sauce- and both were good.However, the Alfredo was much better. The crust was very healthy-tasting, made with ancient grains even! And though it was a bittoo thin, it was very tasty. Read more

I am not sure how anyone who has had good pizza can say this is the best pizza in the area as some of the reviews have said. It... is not worth the $25 bucks or the the time to order and eat it. The crust is tasteless, the sauce tastes like sweetened tomatopaste and it is overall just plain bad. Save your money. Get a frozen pizza from Trader Joes for $4.99. It actually tastesgood. The store and the pizza are great! the call center is an absolute joke. I can barely understand them and they can barely... understand me when I?m placing an order. I?ve had my order messed up several times because of the call center. I don?t know whatthey changed if they outsource the call center or whatever they did they need to go back to the old way because the call centersucks.
