Plates weren?t hot, just warm ish. Chimichanga was stuffed with white meat chicken but it was quite dry and not saucy. ... Refrieds we?re warm but cheese was sparse & not fully melted. Tortilla chips were stale tasting. Portions were large but notparticularly flavorful. Usually, Mexican joints will warn you to not touch the plate it?s very hot. Not necessary here? We were on a motorcycle trip after coming across through Lolo Pass. We stayed the night at a hotel in orofino on the river. I... picked this restaurant and the entire group was thrilled with a selection and everybody enjoyed their meals. The waiter wascourteous and our food was delivered pretty quick considering the size of our group. I would highly recommend this restaurant ifyou like Mexican food. Read more
Fast service. Made me wonder if the food wasn't frozen and not homemade. Little spend for the portions given. Good atmosphere.
We had a long bike trip and ended up here. Quick to be seated with a smile. Immediate chips and salsa when we sat down. ... Server was awesome. Internet was not working. We tried everything we could. It would not get a internet connection after weconnected. 2 different phones. Carne asada salad was great. flavor was good. I also ordered a single Tamale. It wasaverage. the sauce with it was thin enchilada type sauce. Any tamale is good but it was not great. QUICK service and we wereout the door. When in town I am sure we will be back. First a disclaimer... I'm from New Mexico so finding Mexican food that meets my expectations is tough. I will say, this was the... best I've had in northern Idaho. Not bad my any stretch but definitely not great authentic Mexican food and don't expect ANYheat at all. Service was decent but not great. Read more
