Not worth your time. Yesterday I tried their fettuccine alfredo with garlic bread, which was just terrible, but today I figured... I'd take a chance on their pizza. Ultimately, the pizza itself wasn't bad, but it took a full hour just for the staff to tell usthat somehow they lost our order, and it was never made. Take the time to find a better restaurant, or your night will be wastedhere. Read more
Surprisingly good pizza! In a little town known more for its "fine ore" than its Italian cuisine, one would be forgiven for... being skeptical. Although shorthanded, the place is clean and the limited staff members are friendly and efficient. The steadystream of take-out and delivery orders suggests a reasonably large and satisfied clientele. I'll be back. Read more
Ordered a pizza for delivery on 05/15/22 on The Pizza Factory website. The confirmation stated my pizza would arrive in... approximately 45 minutes. One and a half hours later I called to see where my pizza was. No answer, no machine. Called two moretimes, no answer no machine. I drove to the busines and found a sign stating they were closed because of refrigeration issues.Their website charged my card. Closing for the day is fine. But, leave a message on your phone and stop your website from takingorders. Read more
We've been waiting for over an hour for 2 pizzas. Regardless of how good the pizza may or may not be, at this point, I can't in... good conscience give more than 2 stars due to service issues. If, after we actually get to eat, the pizza is not worth thewait, I will have to reduce the number of stars. DO NOT BE IN A HURRY IF YOU COME HERE!!!! Update:. Pizza is pretty good. Butwaiting over 45 minutes for food to come, just to have our order wrong, then to have to wait an additional 45 minutes to get thecorrect food is unacceptable.
