Watching how they make a pita is sad. A bottle is out of sauce, just squeeze whatever drops you can get out of it? pita breaks... in half before it?s done, too bad? lettuce is wilted and soggy, that?s what ya get. I want to make it very well known to anyone who is thinking about eating at the Oromocto pita pit to greatly reconsider that... thought. We were the only customers in the drive thru and the employee was very rude and condescending while speaking with us.When asked if we wanted any veggies on the grill I turned to ask my fiancé what she would like and within two seconds he wasasking if we wanted them on white or whole wheat. I told him that we didn't even decide what we wanted on the grill he repliedwith " well you didn't answer." In a rude tone and continued to talk over me. I don't know who would even think that this is howyou even speak to a customer but it is clearly the very wrong way to speak to anyone in that manner. The disrespect is what mademe decide that this pita pit is a place that no one should ever visit. Management needs to do something about their employeesand how they are treating their customers because this is a very serious problem that will only end up in that store shuttingdown due to lack of customers. The new employees they brought in from Fredericton are very rude. One of them talked down to my girlfriend when she said... ?surpise me? to the question of whether she wanted white or whole wheat. They?re so lazy, they couldn?t be bothered to cut upfresh pineapple when that?s the whole reason I came in. I should have just asked for my money back, but I don?t want to feellike an American. So instead, I?m just going to recommend you don?t eat here and I won?t eat there again until they rehiredkids from Oromocto instead of making these rude, lazy people from Fredericton commute. At least you can see the grill so youknow they?re not spitting in it. But I bet you they would. Pita Pit, you?re dropping the ball. And you?ve lost a customer. Read more
Took a very long time to get my meal. Veggies, especially the iceberg lettuce looked terrible. The person behind me asked if he... could get fresh lettuce because this stuff looked discoloured and slimey, the worker just said "no". My order wasn't correct anddidn't taste quite right. Read more
The quality and portion are no longer what they used to be at this location. Not generous with the veggies at all. My pita was... not much more than half the size it used to be and was not very filling. It was also not very warm. The veggies that weresupposedly cooked on the grill such as green peppers were still cold, crunchy and visibly raw. Read more
I?ve been disappointed in the past by employees at other Pita Pit locations and other similar food places carelessly throwing... together a wrap that?s falling apart before you?ve even started eating it, and ignoring simple instructions like ?just a*little* sauce?. It seems like such a small thing, but Satnam at the Oromocto Pita Pit made our experience really great just bypaying attention and putting a little care into his work. Our wraps were noticeably better than most, didn?t totally fall aparton us, and when I asked for just a little hot sauce, I didn?t end up with a soupy mess. Thank you Satnam! Read more
