The very best of service as usual . My only gripe ,and I'm sure EVERYONE can agree ,,,,,those paper straws are gross !!!!!! The... best way around that is have your own plastic reusable straws from drink cups that can be purchased just about ANYWHERE ! I willNOT be denied my ice cap lol !! Read more
It's a Tim Hortons. Coffee and a farmers wrap for breakfast. Just wish they would hire people who take their job more seriously.... Service was slow. Had to remind the boy behind the counter of my wrap. This keeps up I may have to go to Starbucks Read more
Ordered an iced cap and grilled cheese this afternoon around 2pm. Iced cap was normal. Grilled cheese however was awful.... Mozzarella cheese on top was barely melted or brown. And the orange cheese inside the sandwich wasn't melted at all!! Whatabsolutely made me mad though was the fact that there was nasty charred black bits of sh1te on one half of the bread. Would give less than one star if I could. I ordered a Halloween bucket of Timbits and even though there were over 8 varieties... in the case, the employee gave me only 3 different kinds (mostly plain). After complaining to head office weekly for over amonth, I still haven't heard from the manager at the Gateway location. Very poor customer service, this is a manager who trulydoes not care about customer satisfaction. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
