Went in and ordered 3 coffees and a 2 bagels, coffees came out great, they didn?t put the jam on the bagel when we asked for... them to, the person making the bagels had they?re hair net half off, got my bagels and there was a hair in one. I Have To Give It A 3/5, Because It's Really Hit Or Miss! It's Basically A 50/50 With This Place, Sometimes It's Good: ? Where... The Order Is Right ?? ? Timing Is Okay ?? ? And It's Prepared Properly (Sandwiches) ?? ? And Coffee Tastes Good?? ????????BUT???????? ? Then There's Times Where I Have To Yell, And Repeat Myself, Over And Over ???? ? I have visited this location only a few times. Maybe five. Three of them, they got my order wrong or got cheap on something. I... would rather go to the Canex Tim's!! I contacted head office about the latest issue in early Sept. I was assured the managementfrom this location would contact me about the cheapest lowest grade farmers wrap I've ever come across. This was the worst tim hortons i?ve ever been to. the staff was incredibly rude the whole time i was there. i am also in the... service industry and i would lose my job if i ever treated customers the way they did. The girl that took our order barely evenspoke or communicated when putting in our order. then the women making the food asked me about the sandwich i order because thegirl put the order in wrong i clarified with her then she still made it wrong which happens honest mistake, but when i went backin to tell her it was wrong she was incredibly rude and argued with me. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tried going at 5:30 on a Saturday. Was in a line up and an employee walked out, went to the... garbage and went back inside without mentioning to the 6 cars in line that they were not even open. No hours are posted anywherein the drive-through and online says open to 11. If you are going to change the hours at least be respectful of peoples time andpost them! Read more
Not much to say about it. If you've been to a Tim Hortons before, you know what you're getting into Donuts, coffee, muffins,... bagels, wraps, sandwiches etc. Long lines and just alright food like most fast food chains but the staff were friendly. Read more
