So me and my sister was locked out of our house. So we decided to go get some Timms for supper, bad decision. When we walked in... we realized they had barley anything to pick form cuz they didnt have any supplies. The orderer was very rude and keep cuttingus off. Now let's get to the food shall we, I ordered a bacon grilled cheese and the cheese we cold and the bacon was almostraw????. I get the same coffee every morning at 5:40am, med 2sug, 2Milk, for tje past 2yrs. Well this time I received cream. I CAN NOT... STOMACH CREAM and regardless on how bad I needed that coffee, I could not drink it, but I did go on my break with full coldcoffee to get a fresh re-made coffee. I go to Gateway Tim Hortons 6 DAUS A WEEK, SPENDING $ 2.07cof. , $6.66 lunch, $3.76 snack,and finally $2.07 on way home. So I spend $14.56 minimum on the 6 days a week. Vastly understaffed for the morning rush. This morning waited in line for 15 minutes and as I got to the till the server turned... around and worked on something else and told me 'may as well wait im thw line' as people that were waiting behind me got servedso I had to cut the line again to get served at the second till. Slow service, and they did not pay close attention when handing out the sandwiches. The 2 guys behind me were given my bagel... BLT, so I told the girl at the counter. They we very confused, as they had no clue my order was even in their system. They mademe my BTL, but offered no apology. If this wasn't the only game on base, I would not come back. Read more

Great place. I'm assuming this is the one on base. Personal opinion- in the morning on base it's very crowded. Don't be the guy... that orders the entire food menu. Buy your coffee and donuts....
