First off, the online order process didn't work. It said, "It looks like you forgot something," but didn't highlight what was... missing. Went inside, got food, ate in the car since I had my dog with me. Tried to use the restroom after eating but the codeon my receipt didn't unlock the door. I have never received such horrible customer service. I placed an order through the app like I always do and when I arrive at... 8:30pm to pick up my order the doors were locked. I tried to explain to an employee that I had an order but she insisted onscreaming that they were closed repeatedly. She the went and hid out of sight.
