First off, the online order process didn't work. It said, "It looks like you forgot something," but didn't highlight what was... missing. Went inside, got food, ate in the car since I had my dog with me. Tried to use the restroom after eating but the codeon my receipt didn't unlock the door. I guess they don't allow time for people to eat before locking them out of the bathroom. On the plus side, I ate at Chipotle and didn't get sick consuming their food. Read more

I have never received such horrible customer service. I placed an order through the app like I always do and when I arrive at... 8:30pm to pick up my order the doors were locked. I tried to explain to an employee that I had an order but she insisted onscreaming that they were closed repeatedly. She the went and hid out of sight. Store was clean. Food could have been a little fresher. Several of the choices were at the bottom of the pan. $32 for two... burrito bowls is a bit spendy.
