We placed an order for delivery yesterday on 11/18 at 2:00 thinking it wouldn't be too busy. Well, I guess we were wrong. Our... food wasn't delivered for two hours at 4:00! I felt bad but I ended up calling them twice to find out when the food would bedelivered. I was told that the driver was out also making other deliveries. I felt bad for that driver because I don't think itwas totally his fault! Suprisingly the food was still hot and very delicious! Especially the pasta, pizza and the lava cakes wasamazing! When I called to check on the status, their recording said their looking to hire. So, if you're looking for a job,please apply there, they do absolutely need more help! I never got angry at anyone at all, because it seems the problem is outof their control! But, I'm telling you that EVERYTHING we ordered was so delicious! Read more
Under New Management and it shows! I ordered online for store pick-up . A small issue with the price of my order. It was handled... promptly and better than i expected.. The employees were sweet and efficient. The manager, Faye, is very on top of things and iseager to right any issues people have had. I just wanted to leave a good review to let peeps know, the new manager is trainingnew people and training them right. So maybe give it another shot if you have had a bad experience in the past. Said my order will be done in 15-20 mins. I got here in 30 mins and asked. They said just wait a while longer and it will be... finished shortly. 1 hour passed and I came back to check. They said to keep waiting. 2 hours passed then my order got canceled.I had to reorder everything and they were about to charged me more. I had to talk to the manager to bring my price back downwith the coupons. I?m now 3 hours late to a party. Mind you, I had to keep my car idle for 3 hours straight in 105 degrees heat.I won?t be ordering from here again. Read more
We placed our order and waited 3 hours. No pizza. Called in and the manager told us they were really busy and it?ll be another... hour until they can even MAKE our pizza. Decided to wait, another hour passed, checked the order online and it said it wasdelivered. But still no pizza! Called in again, stupid driver delivered to wrong address. Ended up buying McD for the nieces &nephew. Don?t waste your time and buy somewhere else. Read more
Do not order for delivery. After 2 1/2 hours and waiting on the phone for 15 minutes I finally spoke to a store rep who said my... order was "out for delivery" but she couldn't tell me when it left for delivery. She told me to keep a look out and to bear withthe drivers as they where busy and to give it time. I told her I no longer wanted the pizza as dinner time had far passed andthat I wanted a refund. She did so without any issue which was nice but also made me feel that my order hadn't yet been startedand that's why I needed to bear with the drivers because my order was not yet in route and would be much longer. This place justed open and a ton of inexperienced people working. Ordered on line and it said 30 minutes to get my order.... Started calling 45 minutes after was on hold twice for over 10 minutes. Drove over there and the place was full of customers. Watched for 10 minutes and no one making pizzas and everyone were so confused. So I canceled my order. I won't go back. I justwent back, they are doing so much better. When they opened I was told no one was trained. Will be back!! Read more
My pizza was hot and delivered in a timely manner. Driver provided excellent customer service and, made sure I was notified upon... arrival as I requested. Never disappointed with the quality of the food I get from Domino?s. Read more
