My boyfriend and I went and ate at Jack in the Box last Wednesday and now he is in the hospital with food poisoning,they need to... fix this problem who knows how many other people have gotten sick from their food. Got to Jack in The box in the afternoon just about closing time we ordered our food along with the other party that was with us... ordered their food the other party that was with us received their food and we sat down to wait for our food to be to us. Otherpeople came in and ordered received their food and we started to feel like it was a little strange that we were still sittingthere well after. My partner went up to the counter and asked where our food was the person that took our order turned aroundand didn't know where I food was until the manager was alerted and came up and said here's the food and it had been sitting in abag pushed back on the counter not even in the warmer for a good 10 minutes. The person that we had talked to at the counterturned around snatched the bag up dropped it part way down to the floor caught it with their hip picked it back up laughing likeit was a joke and handed it to my partner. Jack in the box has stepped up on their quality of food choices making prices increase but its worth it. Go here quite often for... their onion rings. The only bad thing i can say is that they have no frozen drinks so I tend to go places that have frozendrinks and onion rings like Sonic and Foster Freeze. Read more
Just got breakfast at this Jack in Box, got home and this is was I was greeted with when I took it out of the bag. It?s like... they threw the eggs into the container with force. All the food was dry, cold, and rubbery, besides the hash brown which washard and greasy and tasted like old oil. Not to mention we sat in line for at least 15 minutes waiting for this. Even my drinkwas watered down and tasted off. I?ve seen better food being served at soup kitchens. I can?t believe they expect people to payfor this quality of food and level of service, it?s disgusting. Will never get breakfast here again. Read more
So I?m in line for 45 min the lady was rude then the all the lights went out brake time they say? say what then they come back... on 15 min later pull up to the window isn?t even spoke to for 10 more min. I?m still waiting for them to tell me hello or atotal I?m at there window to pay and nothing then she comes to me says did.
