Ordered yesterday inside. Lady who took my order which came out to be a manager was probably the most rudest and unprofessional... women I ever seen. Not only did they they not include gravy, not include the chicken tenders we wanted, but they didn't even bother to fully cook... our mashed potatoes. Typically on a Friday night we eat out because we are tired, it wasn't cheap, it's not like we hit thedollar menu at McDonald's. Very unsatisfied! Read more

Ever since KFC left Oroville, the ?chicken competition? was devastating. Now that KFC is back, I gotta say that the service here... at the new location is extremely satisfying. Dine in order was ready before I even finished getting my drink and anothercustomer had theirs ready moments after they ordered. This has to be the fastest service of a fast food place I?ve everencountered. Great for return customers. Read more
Food was great, but waited 45 min for it. Understandable though... Extremely busy due to grand opening.
Went thru the drive thru received what was ordered. Parklot dinning not bad.
