This McDonald's sevice seems to always be slow even when the lines are not long whether it is inside or drive thru. Maybe being... the only one in Oroville might play a factor to that, but I've seen some McDonald's being busy and can still pick up the slack.It is a fast food place so we need some food...fast. I'm lactose intolerant. I had a semi large order at the beginning of lunch rush - the line stalled in place for about ten... minutes at a time; I spent about forty-five minutes in line, in total, then was asked to park, even though the crew had hadabout half a dozen cars between me and my order, with each car only making about $20 worth of sales - a bunch of single peopleordering few items. I watched the menu board for entertainment because I was waiting a long while. Not a hairnet in sight, nora hat on the head of the person who served us, who wiped her nose on the crook of her elbow while we were at the window waitingfor our order. We waited another five or ten minutes for our food to come out, then left while my partner was checking ourorder, to get it home to my elderly mother and ancient grandmother, who are very picky eaters. They threw in a single apple piefor our exorbitant wait. Halfway home, my partner told me they forgot my grandmother's part of our order, but everything elsewas fine, so we had to turn around and drive all the way back to get our food, where I waited another five minutes in the carfor my partner to come back out. We went home. When we got home, I was confronted with a nasty surprise when I open3deverything up to hand out. What I ordered: A number one, medium, with no cheese, no lettuce, and extra sauce, with a mediumSprite; two McDoubles with no onions or pickles; two hamburgers; a Big Mac with no cheese, no pickles, extra sauce; and a twentypiece nugget with bbq sauce. What I got: A number one, medium, with a cold, greasy Big Mac with cheese, no sauce, no lettuce,with a medium Sprite; two McDoubles with onions and pickles; had to return for the two hamburgers; a cold, greasy Big Mac withcheese, with pickles, no sauce, no lettuce; and a twenty piece chicken nugget with no sauce - and a *SINGLE* pie added forwaiting a total of an hour at this store. Sister spent over $80 on food for our family. Went through the drive thru then She pulls into the parking lot to make sure she... has everyones orders and Mine and my dad?s food weren?t there. Im pregnant and my sister wasnt going to exclude the pregnantlady from dinner so she calls the store and tells them they forgot some items and the manager insists its in there and accusesmy sister of lying. (She was not) finally, after all the food is cold, she gets replacements (my dad ordered 2 big macs and onlygot one and his ?replacement? offer was a mcdouble because ?they didnt have time to make him a new one? as if they made him onein the first place ???? I wouldn't trust the hours they have posted i checked online to see when they closed an it states that they close at 11p.m but... that is wrong. I walked about a mile to get some food when i got there around 9:30 p.m the doors was locked so i had to turnaround and walk right back to my motel. Its honestly bull**** that i had to waist my time. id suggest you guys maybe update yourhours online if your not gonna be open. Read more
