For fast food Chinese food this is good. Always fresh and you can see them cooking it as they run out.
whether you're a customer or an employee, everyone is extremely kind and attentive. the team always gives it their all to... deliver exceptional customer service. food is prepped and prepared fresh daily. the entire place is always kept clean. I'm anex employee. after I got injured on the job and resigned, Robyn (manager) and the team made sure to check on me. they sent me acard, telling me to get well soon. from the moment I interviewed, and even after leaving, this particular Panda Expresslocation has been nothing short of incredible and welcoming. also, always get the crab rangoons. 10/10, would recommend. Sat in drive thru line for 20 mins was asked to pull forward wait 5 more mins in front. Ask for sauce on the side, they left it... inside... the mf store. The noodles was dry and old. The chicken was fatty, It was a nope for me. Read more
This location in particular never fails to disappoint!! Every time I try this location again I remember exactly why I never... willingly come here. Without fail EVERYTHING on their menu is a "7min" wait, oh and mind you they like to tell you that asyou're waiting for your food at the window not as you order. They also will be "out" of items well before closing (3-4 hrsbefore closing) and they do absolutely nothing to compensate for the inconveniences they cause customers. Brittany promised to resolve issue last time I visited here from drive thru a weeks ago. The steak & shrimp bowl i ordered then... did not contain any shrimp, just steak & mostly potatoes which I understand is a filler. This time she corrected by serving afree bowl to correct it. The tables, chairs and floors are disgusting. Not a single clean area to sit in, the restrooms are absolutely gross and the... fried rice and chow mein are incredibly dry. Panda Express is one if our favorite places to eat, but highly discourage eating atthe one in Oroville. Read more
I returned home from your drive through extremely upset with how my transaction was handled. I am very sick and have been in... bed for 3 days. I decided to go to town and pick up some food and try to eat and attempt to feel better. Walnut shrimp soundedgood. I ordered the Walnut shrimp and was informed of a 4.5 minute wait time. Not feeling well at all and just wanted to getsomething quick so I let them know that I didn't want to wait and switched to orange chicken. After I paid at the window, thegirl asked me to park and wait for the orange chicken. I told her that if I was going to have to wait anyway, I'd like theWalnut shrimp that I came for. I held out my card and offered to pay the difference. She sad no, that I can't do that! What?!?She told me she would have to charge me for an additional entire entre. I asked to speak to a manager. I explained everything tothe young girl who came to the window. She also refused to find any solution. I again offered to pay the difference. She saidshe couldn't do it. I let her know that at this point they were both ready, and could I please have what I asked for. I told herthat I was having a horrible experience in her drive through and that her response was ridiculous. Couldn't she have refundedthe transaction and re-rung it, or charged me the difference, or simply just put the shrimp on my plate? Either way, she dug herheals in and double downed on her no shrimp for you attitude. Power trip much? I am home now and eating my orange chickeninstead of what I asked for.
