The Oroville Popeye's has friendly drive thru worker's (I only use drive thru). Their biscuits are the best. I wish they had... more sea food on the menu. Chicken sandwiches are good but I recommend asking for "easy on the mayo" otherwise it is floodedwith mayo. Also, I wish they used a different bun. The chicken strips and popcorn shrimp are good. However, the shrimp is cookedto order so expect a 4 minute wait when ordering. I also like the variety of sauces they have. Read more
