Bartender/server was very kind and personal. She informed us of different things to do in the area, was very courteous. She gave... me pointers about my new born who will be here in a matter of days now.. she told me stories of her children and what to expectsince I\'m a first time mother. She was very knowledgeable of their menu and let us check out the patio which is extremely nice. Our food was out very quick and exactly how we ordered. She memorized our order and I\'m picky so it was kind of impressive. Sheinvited us back so she could make me a drink after the baby comes because they have really good specialty drinks from what sheexplained I couldn\'t imagine it be anything less.. great dining experience all together. Damn good price for what we ordered!Loved it! Shorter brownish blonde haired woman younger with two kids, she was the day time server! Great time I wish we wouldhave remembered her name. Read more

Bomb food, chill atmosphere and Tori the bartender kills it with the drinks and service. The peach smash and oak smoked old... fashion are a must try they literally fill your glass with smoke, as well as their fried brussel sprouts appetizer and any ofthe burgers are off the hook.Overall a cool new spot in downtown oroville for family outings or drinks with friends. Th food was great, service was great and atmosphere was also great! My husband had one of the burgers and I had the fried (no... batter) Brussel Sprouts with Parmesan cheese and a squeeze of lemon with the Lavender drink ( can’t remember the name) and wehad an awesome dinner and a great experience all the way around! We’ll be going back for sure! Read more

The food was excellent. We had the truffle deviled eggs, the onion rings, and the brussel sprouts to start. The onion rings were... super crunchy, but a bit large, that literally the only negative thing I have to say about the starters.\n\nFor our entrées 3of us had the bourbon burger and loved it. Our youngest had the grilled cheese for kids and just devoured it, and our oldest hadthe chicken bacon ranch flat bread. Everything was excellent. We will be returning. Read more

One of many new restaurants to open in Oroville in recent years, Provisions is tucked away in downtown across from the Municipal... Auditorium. How does it stack up?\n\nQuality: 5/5\n\nI\'ve sample two dishes so far (four if you count a bite of mygirlfriend\'s burger and fries, and the cookie a la mode) and it\'s all been delicious.\n\nThe tri-tip Mac and cheese isdefinitely my favorite, but the pesto chicken flatbread is no slouch either. The bite of burger was good, but the fries werephenomenal.\n\nThe dessert—a chocolate chip cookie covered in vanilla ice cream—was a guilty pleasure, but one we don\'tregret.\n\nAtmosphere: 5/5\n\nPerfect lighting, a quality mix of music, and an outdoor seating area to get away from the crowdif that\'s more your thing.\n\nVariety: 3/5\n\nMy only feedback is menu size. Everything is delicious, but with only eighteenfood options on the menu, including appetizers, I\'ll run out of things to try at some point!\n\nMaybe after they\'ve beenestablished for a while they\'ll expand the menu a little more. coming here was a risk because we LOVED the previous restaurant called The Exchange. sadly, the food fell short. i could have... whipped everything we ordered at home in 15-20 mins. precooked chicken, frozen burger patties, bbq sauce in the coleslaw?nothing special, at all. the upside was, the drinks! Conrad was a great bartender after warming up a little. he didn’t havebloody mary mix but after talking w him, he made one anyway and it was delicious! he also didn’t know how to make ginger ale.(pepsi, sprite & bitters) nothing wrong w that, just brush up on common bar requests. the best part of the experience wasKeisha, our server. she kept an extremely friendly and optimistic vibe going!! this place is super cute both inside and patio, just fix the menu recipes, add more decor and everything will be golden!! 3 stars for the service, 1 star for the food.\nTheExchange was super packed on a Saturday, Provisions had maybe 4 other parties besides us—shocking.
