Really hate to leave this kind of review but this was a really weird experience over all. Took our order, waited around 40 mins... & when no one came out we checked in to see if everything was good. Girl on the headset said that there was no order placed onour spot. We told her our order again, which spot we were at, and she said she?d check and if the order wasn?t put in, she?d goahead and put it in again. Another 15 mins go by with absolutely no communication whatsoever. We check in again and ask aboutthe order and the girl on headset seems very confused and asks us what our order was. We tell her, and she says that the orderwasn?t reordered because ?it had already been brought out.? We cut our losses and said not to bother, we?d go somewhere else.It?s fine if there was a mix up and it just went to the wrong spot, but a little communication would have been nice, since wewaited another 15 mins and they didn?t even bother to check back in and tell us this. We ended up waiting almost an hour for anorder that was never put in. Hopefully this was just an off night, but it was definitely really frustrating for a small fastfood order. Read more
Despite the good service and no issues with the food or ice cream products, I have now had two incidents in which there was some... form of contamination with beverages. A week ago I found black gunk at the bottom of my cup that was masked by the color of mysoda. This week, there was a clear substance. Absolutely disgusting, and hopefully I don't end up getting sick. This place has really gone downhill. I ordered something really simple, 3 drinks, pretzels with cheese and extra crispy tots. I... got 6 cold old stale tots with no salt. No cheese for the pretzels and one drink was totally random. I asked for nerds in it- nonerds- not even what I ordered. Turned around and came back to ask for the correct one- and about the 6 stale unsalted tots.They just remade the same wrong drink again missing what I asked for and gave me 6 more stale tots with no salt. At least I gotmy cheese. Won?t be returning. Many other better places for drinks in town. Try the frescas from the New Mexican ice cream placeby orielly. Employees were slow and non welcoming. My burger looked and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. Which was ridiculous... for an $8.00 burger. Also, this is the first fast food place I've been to that doesn't let you pay with cash and card. Theemployee said "You can't pay with cash and card. Our machines only take one or the other as payment. Not both at the same time".I only got the burger and went elsewhere for the rest of my dinner order. Read more
