If i could rate this place a 0 star i would. I believe her name is Ashley with blue hair, first of all, she was super rude and... unprofessional. Not that i expected her to be professional but i did not expect her attitude and rudeness when all i wanted wasa sandwich.. she mumbled what bread i wanted and got snappy with me when i asked her to repeat herself. she then continued togive me terrible customer service. later on when i ate my sandwich i found about 3 strands of her blue hair in my sandwich. NOTACCEPTABLE AT ALL! I will be escalating this issue to cooperate. Read more
I just want to give a shout out to the girl that took my order today (9/5/22). I asked for a 12 inch Meatball/pepperoni... sandwich with the meatballs cut in half, extra sauce, add provolone & mozzarella, with green peppers, red onions, andpepperchinoes and all toasted. Not only did she deliver my request, it was done perfectly ????. She never gave me a 'side eye'at my request, she just simply made me THE BEST TASTING sandwich EVER! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I would leave no stars if it could. I will officially be driving all the way to the other subways in town verse?s this one?s... that isn?t even a mile from my house. The 3 girls working tonight were very rude and my daughter was so excited to have subwayfor dinner it doesn?t happen much. Sadly probley won?t be for a while again. I ordered the steak and cheese melt online. I got a phone call saying they didn't have the equipment to do the melt but they... could put double cheese on it and it would melt right into it and be great. I really didn't understand what they meant but I wastired and I had already paid so I just said fine. I got the sandwich home and took my first bit and I could not chew the meat.It had the texture of a roof tile. I kept going hoping it would get better but it was all like that. It had a strange taste andseemed to be lacking the veggies I asked for. You would have to pay me to eat one of those again. Very disappointed. Read more

This was by far the worst experience I?ve had at any subway across the board. There was one gal who worked there that was lovely... and energetic, the rest of the staff looked and acted as though they hate their life. The store was filthy, nothing wasorganized or fresh looking and my sandwich didn?t have any flavor which was hard for me to understand. I will never be returningto this subway and I made sure to make others aware that it?s by far the worst subway for miles. I paid $16 dollars for 2 6insubs... no chips or drink and it was the worst sandwich I?ve ever had. Very disappointed and very appreciative that our othersubway in town next to McDonald?s by far surpasses this one with its employees attitudes, product, cleanliness and taste. Twodifferent worlds.
