Oroville store,, Seems like they never have enough people working. Wait, wait, wait. Out of everything. No bacon, cheddar... cheese, roast beef, and no substitutions offered. I won't be back Read more

I want the world to know, I have got 2 party subs from the Oroville washington store. They were absolutely the most amazing and... beautiful sandwich my family have ever enjoyed. We frequent the store. 1 a week. We live the food and the cleanliness, thecustomer service, no words can describe their customer service. Thank you Oroville subway for being you. Mendy Read more

I give a very generous 2 star rating for the fact the little girl behind the counter was extremely nice and I enjoyed talking... with her but as far as the sandwhich goes Wheres the Meat?? My Steak and Cheese sandwich was a lettuce and tomato footlong. Iknow it was portioned correctly but the portions they are using is nothing like their photos on their web sight. Verydisappointing. Subway is always a sure bet for a good place to get a great meal. You know what to expect, it's convenient, economic and clean.... The Oroville store has nice, cheerful and usually efficient. (They have had new-hires when I was there a couple times) I thinkit would be a challenge to work there at times. Oroville doesn't have much in the lines of fast food and they are really closeto the City Park which is our main tourist draw. I've been in when there were a dozen Jr. High Age Kids in there and was, asusual, only one girl working. She was flat flying! She did very well at all of her duties and remained cheerful and calm. Ishould add that I've worked in retail for a number of years in addition to being a professional shopper for awhile evaluating avariety of business's and their employees so I observe things that a lot of people might not see or take into consideration. Iwish I'd gotten her name now. All I can remember is that she had short brownish hair! It would be nice if they could have morehelp at times. I wonder if they keep track of sporting events that come to our area and plan accordingly? If not, they mightthink about it. Here's a story to go along with my comment. I was working solo at a small beer bar in Montana. I was relatively new to the area. One day I was told it could get busy that afternoon because it was an annual event called boat float. Ithought I could handle a few more customers. Without exaggeration, the few extra people mounted in the 100's! All very thirstyand wanting food. My bosses finally came to help me, thank goodness, or there was going to be trouble! I didn't realize thereis an average of 150,000 floaters that participate! Read more
