Absolutely terrible!!!! Always out of something. 8am in the morning and they don't have my coffee. Wow! Is this not a coffee... shop is that not there business!? I just don't get it. Who's running this place? First you have to wait forever and then theyare always out of something. I'm a good customer and i just keeping getting let down. Horrible experience. Twice I have ordered a hot coffee with the French vanilla shot and regular cream and sugar. Both times the... tag was printed correctly with what I ordered, but both times all I got was a coffee that had only cream in it and that was roomtemperature at best. Disgusting. Not to mention my Husband's iced coffee that had 3 ice cubes in it. They didn't put anythinganything asked for in his drink either and it tasted like water. Definitely not going back there again. I sometimes go to this location because they hardly ever have a line, but it's for a reason... They never get my order right. My... chai tea latte was so spoiled the other day it literally made me vomit. That's my favorite cafe drink mind you, so it's not likeI don't know what it should taste like. But they've argued with me when I have brought one other drink back before so I justdumped $5 out the window instead of even bother. Read more
