Quick service. Good food. Just can't belive the prices have gone up so much lately.
If I could give a proper review and corporate could cooperate things would be quite different. But I will say there are to many... people working who just like to talk and not focus on customer service. One lady who did have gloves on and was meeting thestandards of cleanliness cut a piece of cheese and was bleeding in her glove and then proceeded to try to put the cheese on mysalad. She also yelled in an insubordinate manner in a I'm better than you Manor very dissatisfied and if I could give zeroStars I would. Also side note their bathrooms are absolutely foul???? umm COVID!!! It's a good place to eat. Unfortunately the last couple of times I've gone there the staff was rude. They would wait for a... customer to leave after they received their order and then judge and complain about that customer to the other customers waitingin line. Or the people on the line would have the cashier go and check the line person's phone while they are making the food.It's almost a joke and a circus around there at the one in Orrville. I'd rather take the extra trip and go the the one in Daltonwhere they treat customers with respect and they don't goof off all the time. The sad thing is that it's not even young kidsgoofing off. Face facts... young women tend to work at places like this. Today's young women are mostly rude, self-entitled, self-centered,... and suffer great emotional trauma when they can't bury their faces in their phones all day. Also, most young people who work atplaces like this don't take pride in their work, so quality varies and they're usually rude and indifferent. Ingredients aremostly OK usually. Quality of sandwich assembly varies... sometimes it's OK sometimes it's a mess. You get what you get at fastfood places these days... why would a Subway in Orrville, Ohio be any different? Read more
Terrible, terrible customer service! The kids that work there are rude. Told the girl I had a severe dairy allergy and if she... could please get a clean knife to cut the sub & she rolled her eyes at me. She had no idea how to make the sub I asked for. &Once I told her what it was it took her 15 minutes to make it. Will not be back to this location, I?d much rather go to Dalton. Read more
The customer service is really bad. The boy didn't know how to make a salad. He didnt put the correct amount of veggies in so I... had to tell him how much.
