I love Sure House. The customer service is always excellent. My last two visits have been filled with Autumn Spice Lattes and... Cinnamon Cretzels. The Orrville Sure House always seems to have a good mix of people going about their work days together:talking, meeting, and internet surfing with coffee, and I like the low-key vibe that makes the Orrville Sure distinct from theWooster Sure House. I like how inclusive Sure House is, they make sure that almost everyone can get a drink. It was quick. But I don't like how... strong the coffee is it makes my stomach really upset and it's kind of pricey for a drink. I also had a really hard time findinga drink I actually enjoyed because a lot of the coffee and flavors are overpowering. Parking is a bit of a mess. Overall an okayplace. Read more
