The service has always been good. Even when training new hires at the front end. The lack of professionalism of the management... however bothers me. The crew, although getting thier job done. They sort of do what they want. They don't watch thier languageand talk about what ever. Thier lobby is out of control when there are teenagers "hanging out" the language and manners areappalling. They show zero respect for others. There are often homeless people in there but they actually are better company thanthe teens. At least they aren't running around acting like monkeys. Can't rate atmosphere, we went thru the drive thru, however this time I was impressed, hot, cooked to our order, the order was... complete AND correct, and the employees were on their game! Overall great job!! Read more
They are always closing early or closing the lobby for sit ins. Store is supposed to close at 11. Everything is closed by 9 or... 930. Happens all the time. Read more

Not the fault of this location, but the app is regularly down. Makes it a pain in the butt to get my mobile order through... without having to pay again at the window because payment messed up somehow. Employees have good attitudes, generally nevergiving me a reason to feel like I don't like the location. It's right across from the high school, but despite being busy, thestaff are quick to get a line in and out and it doesn't seem to get bogged down to a line length to the grocery store doors likeBonney Lake [which is still a good location]. Normally the service here is pretty standard, this week has been the exception though. Stopped in today (1/6/22) and ordered a... 10 piece nugget and a filet of fish with no tartar sauce. They handed me the order and said everything is in bag. I get half wayhome and realize there's no nuggets in the bag, so I drive back to get them, I saw the box for the filet of fish inside with thetag saying no tartar sauce. They give me my nuggets and I drive home. My wife opens the box with the filet of fish and theinside of the box is drenched in tartar sauce everywhere AND there's no cheese on the sandwich like there's supposed to be. Ididn't have the time to go back again but suffice it to say that we're extremely unhappy with today's service. Read more
Went drive thru and bought the number 3 a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. I asked them please no pickles. I take a bite... and i wonder why it don't taste like a double quarter pounder. I open up the burger and it look like this. Smh Read more
