Update, 09/30/2022: I've been to Escamilla quite a bit since moving here several years ago. I've never had any problems until... tonight. I tried calling, no answer. They must be busy, I'll eat there. I get there with my boyfriend, we are given a table andmenus within a few minutes.... 5 minutes go by, no help. 8 minutes go by and a small group is given a table...given their menusand asked what kind of drinks... 12 minutes ago by, we are now trying to get a waiter/waitress to help us. Nothing. My boyfriendand I look at each other and decided to leave. I I'm not sure what happened tonight but it was...not good. :( I really wantedsome tacos. Lol. Read more
Hot and Fast Food with Great Service! Complimentary chips and salsa served. Nice Outdoor seating available that is covered with... a big ceiling fan. Dinning area and bar area are separate. Great Mexican Menu with some American and kids options. Onlycomplaint is cleanliness of the floors, not terrible but it's very obvious tables are not moved when they mop the floors. Youcan see the dirty floors in my picture. And No it is not the style or design of the flooring. Would have been a 5 star had theytaken more time for cleanliness. Read more
Not the best Mexican but not the worst either. The beans lacked flavor, the rice was um done. Cheese sauce was very American.
We placed a pretty large order with some custom requests and they were amazing! These were some of the best tacos I've had... outside of San Diego. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, they give decent portion sizes. The woman who took my orderwas so polite and sweet, she got everything 100% correct, and even got me to smile on a rough day. Very happy with the asadaMexican tacos, pictured in the photo. Perfect ratio of steak to onion and tortilla. Not to mention, the homemade tortillas are amasterpiece. Also, there's an entire kids menu containing both American and Mexican fare so whether your kid likes tacos,burgers, or chicken strips they'll be able to find something they like. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likeswell-balanced and well seasoned food. Read more
Feeling sick after eating their steak tacos. Was starving but should have just drove away after seeing what the inside of their... carry out window looks like and seeing that food is stored in the shed you drive by to the carryout window. Last time thereever. ???????? Yikes people. Read more

My partner and i love Escamilla, but lately the service has been lacking. A month ago we sat down (2 top) during dinner rush,... shortly after a second party (4+ top) sat down next to us. The second party got drinks and ordered their meals while we just satthere. We tried getting one of the servers attention but everyone said someone will be there to help. Today had a secondunfortunate scenario unfold. We placed a call to place a pick up order. An employee answered and asked us to hold. Cool, noworries. We held for 10 minutes before hanging up. We love Escamilla and wish to continue enjoying your food. But the sweviceneeds attention. Read more
