I called to order what?s, the recorded ad when you call is for a $14.99 Deep Dish Duo. I ordered the deep dish duo and the... person I spoke with said she had to ring it up as a small hand tossed because of their system. My husband just went to pickupthe pizza, jets says they do not have the deep dish duo anymore, even thought it?s literally on their recorded phone line whenyou call, and they refused to honor the price and we?re just plain rude about it. That?s false advertisement and just badbusiness. We?re done with Jets. We will happily support our other local businesses in the future. Read more
Ordered dinner tonight, got store bought ranch without knowledge. Where is the famous jets ranch?? I paid extra for ranch ????... Will order from different location next time! Read more
Placed a online order 45 minutes ago. Pull up at 9:50 and the store is closed, a woman was sitting with her car lights off in a... silver four door and told me that she was closed due to ?no staff? and then took off at 9:58 after a lame ?I tried calling andthe oven was already off? Sure looks like someone is sitting in their car getting paid while the store is closed. I?d just shutthis establishment down to save some embarrassment. Now it?s too late to go anywhere else. My experience today was a HUGE FAIL for Jets. I have been ordering for 20 years from Jets and almost always get delivery. Today... I ordered 2 orders of wings with Very Light BBQ sauce.... they delivered to my WORK instead of to my home!! So, I was nice andtold them there was no need to make them over again.....they could just pick them up from my work and bring them to my home. When they finally brought the wings to me they were DRENCHED in BBQ sauce. Not Light Sauce like I ordered. I always tipextremely well. Usually between $5 and $10 dollars. This whole experience today was a fail. Also it was the middle of the day ona Tuesday. Not dinner time on a Friday night. Shouldn't be too busy to get things right. Delicious every time I order, which is quite often! Very simple and easy to order, you call when you arrive so they know you are... there and bring the pizza out to your car. Very satisfied with this location, the staff are kind and quick to make the pizzaready! Read more
Perfectly cooked pizza at good prices, but sauce is too sweet for me.
