Very disappointed today. I come often but This was my first time dining in. My waitress never said anything to me I had to ask... if I can put an order in. I had to ask if I could get some water. I had to ask another server to get water. She set my bill onthe table once I finish paying she never gave me a to go box. I had to get it from a different server. I never told me thank youor have a good day just completely ignore me all around, yet I still gave a tip. Terrible customer service. My food was amazingtho. Read more

Was told to try this coney place so we stopped in I must say if all there food is as good as the soup and the patty melt then we... will definitely be returning often. Our waitress was so nice and polite just how we like it was treated like family a soon as wewalked in. Highly recommend Ken's Coney to anyone in the Ortinville area. Read more
