The drive through is nice, staff is super kind, orders are always correct and the food is always hot.
Went inside. All I hear is workers making insulting remarks about their customers. Making fun of their orders. It is mostly one... female employee. Grill crew didn't have gloves on. Not a great place to work. Got let go for throwing away cold french fries when the manager wanted to serve them to... customers. Also, Paul. Clean your finger nails and maybe trim them. Nasty. Also, they no longer have ANYTHING healthy on themenu. The only thing that is near healthy is apple slices. No grilled chicken, no wraps, no salads, no yogurt parfaits,notta! Look up how bad McDonalds food is for you and also what they put in our food. Ear elsewhere, save yourself some money.& If you have to eat it...at least download the McDonalds app and save yourself a lot of money! $1 large fries on the McDs app!1 code per 15 minutes. They let fries sit too long sometimes. Friendly service. The prices are getting too high for a stop and go.
Waited 20 minutes just to order thru drive thru. Needless to say several of us left. This happens way too often. Went inside and... waited almost as long! They just were standing there chit-chating while customers were waiting. Read more
Incapable of using a salt shaker. Iv eaten here for years, it's one of a few places in Ortonville to eat but they have an... inability to apply salt to frys that is unmatched. Informing management did not sold this concern. * Update* still have issuesputting salt on fries 6 months later. Read more
No sauce for my nuggets. Was given the wrong order at first. You can see the level of caring at this Mcdonalds... 7/19 They r... stepping up!! Fresh food and 100% correct order!! Drive through was backed up to the road. Inside was disorganized and chaotic. I went in, and they forgot every drink for me and... all the orders before me. I went for lunch, but at 10:40am they were still serving breakfast. Employees were not rude atall. I would say management needs to manage better. Maybe they were short handed? I will not stop in there again, if I see along line. Read more
