From the time we walked in until we walked out, we had nothing less than great service and tasty food. I had the smoked Mac n... cheese which had ooey gooey cheese, pulled pork and smokey bacon. Fresh made and absolutely delicious!! My husband had thepulled pork sandwich and French onion soup. The pulled pork had a nice smokeyness flavor and was very tender. The French onionsoup was fresh and tasted just like homemade which probably is!! Unfortunately we had no room for dessert but the server broughtout a tray of all the goodies they had that were all homemade. We will definitely go back to try them all!! Classmate highly suggested this restaurant for fresh seafood and great food overall. My dear friend of 65 years and myself... tried it out for a birthday lunch and it was delicious! My seared salmon was perfection and her chicken strips dipped inO?Malleys own batter and deep fried to perfection. Unassuming, yet impressive. I've heard wonderful things about their food, and have been excited to try it. I brought my... grandmother here and we were both delighted by the flavors, portions, service and friendliness of the staff. and, save room fordessert. Awesome food and hospitality. New England Clam chowder was one of the best I ever had. Great Sauces. My kids loved the French... Onion Soup, Calamari and Southern Oysters. Creme Brulee has a nice flavor and Crunch, Key lime pie was awesome. We will be backfrequently. Read more

What an excellent family-owned restaurant. My partner and I stopped in for an early dinner last Sunday. It was our first time... there, although I went to high school with the head chef/son of the owner Dennis, so I have know about O'Malley's for manyyears. What a nice experience. Our server was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The space space has a cozy,hole-in-the-wall feel, with classic dock-side tchotchkes and Irish regalia as decor. Very charming. We ordered drinks (theyhave a full bar) and a half-dozen raw oysters to start. I ordered perch with green beans as a side. She ordered seafood lasagna.My perch was pretty good, however the green beans were honestly the best I've ever had. Bright and fresh, perfectly seasoned,and just the right amount of crunch. Although her lasagna was tasty, with big fat scallops and shrimp, it was a little too richfor her taste. Our entrees were accompanied with delicious, warm, homemade bread. The special was any entree over $15 gaveaccess to the soup/salad bar, which was maybe the highlight of the meal (we are salad lovers so the salad is often our favoritepart of a meal). All the veggies and toppings were incredibly fresh, and the dressings are all made from scratch. I LOVE LOVELOVE homemade French dressing, so I was in heaven. There were also six kinds of soup. When I asked our server if I could trythem all she playfully replied, "you'd better!" We did and they were all tasty, our favorites being cream of mushroom andManhattan clam chowder. Been here a couple of times now. This place is small but in a good way. The food is great and the staff is friendly. They have a... great selection of desserts as well but I keep getting full on the main dish! Portions that I've ordered are generous and theyhave a few beers on tap. Most with an Irish theme but I've seen at least one craft beer on rotation when I've been. Great stopthat is definitely worth a try. Read more

My boyfriend and I finally got around to trying O'Malley's after being in the area for almost 10 months. Sooo glad we did. The... food was all really good. We got the poutine and Southern Oysters to start. I will say with the poutine, my only criticism isthat the cheese should be cheese curds and not shredded cheddar. Everything else was really good. The gravy was perfect. Myboyfriend liked the oysters. He was glad they were cooked right. They were not my fav as I'm not really a fan of oysters. Weboth got the warm cider to drink and that was yummy. I got a chocolate martini which was also good. For dinner, I got thechicken Caesar sandwich. The chicken was cooked nicely and a good sandwich overall. My boyfriend got the Classic Burger (cookedmedium rare), which he really enjoyed. The onion rings were also really good, and I'm not a fan of them. So that tells yousomething. Really good batter on them. Can't wait to try their fish and chips. Burgers are all made in house by the owners son(who is the chef). With our dinners we split a cup of mushroom soup, and oh my goodness was it ever yummy. My boyfriend makes asuper yummy mushroom soup and even he said that it was possibly better than his. Our waitress gave us a small taste of the newEngland clam chowder to taste and it was really good too. We ended up getting a bowl of the mushroom and clam chowder to go foranother night. We also got a couple desserts to go too. The pineapple upside down cake and the banana cream. Both were superyummy. Mrs O'Malley is the one who makes the desserts. Definitely can't wait to try some of the others. The banana cream pie hasactual bananas in it, which is awesome. We will most definitely be going back and will be regulars now.
