Google says they open at 7am snd it's now 830 am and they're still closed :(

I at least gave 2 stars because the Smoothies were great....but customer service is lacking. When I walked in, 3 ladies were... there, no one greeted me or asked "how can I help you". one girl walked up to the register but I assumed she was talking to thedrive-thru. I eventually placed my order. Once the smoothies were ready the other girl just sat them on the counter. I had noidea if they were for me or another customer. I finally said "are these mine" and she said "I thought you knew". C'mon people.Nothing clarifies better than clarity. An inch of customer service goes a long way for your business. Read more

I was really bummed about the lid fell off and lost my triple berry oat Food and service is good. There app sucks

Showed up at 10am on a Sunday and no one answered the drive thru. Then proceeded to the window. No answer again. Called the... restaurant and they said the were all just showing up and not serving anything yet. I understand staff shortages but it kind ofseemed like everyone was just late to work. I LOVE coming to this location! I stopped by this morning, I usually come several times a week, and as normal I left happy. I've... been to many other locations over the years and my experience with their customer service/ food accuracy was average of a normalfast food joint. But everytime I stop by here everyone is so cheerful and happy, my order is always right, and my sandwiches arealways neatly made, cut, and perfectly wrapped. My food isn't hanging off the bread or out of the wrapper like most places. I've never had a bad experience or a bad drink from this location. The staff are lovely, and keep a good humor and attitude... despite being stuck working in a pandemic. Keep on keeping on Crew! :) (also, whoever made my drink tonight, this was abeautiful surprise and made me smile) Read more
