This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to! The service was rude, I sat in the drive through at the speaker for 15 minutes no... reply at all! I thought the speaker was broken I drove up to the window the manager completely ignored me working on ice creamorders and not looking at me in the window for another 5-6 min so I could let them know the speaker might be broken. This younggirl came to the window I mentioned the speaker and she said it was not broken they were just busy. There was only 3-5 cars inthe stalls, they lost business from 2 people who drove away from the speaker and the one who stayed in line did what I did anddrove up to the window and is still there. It took 20 min in a drive up with no one else in front of me for a large Coke Zero!It?s sad since I used to work in the old one there in town for years in HS!! New facility lacking service ???? So just went to this location and didnt get to have our order taken at a stall. We hit the button and sat for 10 minutes. If the... stall is broken thats fine but let people know so they dont park there. Decided to go through drive thru. Only pne car in frontof us and they we there before we did and still havent had their taken. This is not the first time its happened. About 3 otherstimes that its happened. Read more
The sonic in in Osage City Ks is the worst Sonic location I have ever been to. No matter how many times you try to give them a... chance it?s always wrong or awful to the point you can?t or won?t eat it. You call the manager and they try to fix it and it?sgood on that visit then right back to awful. I love the iced tea and bagged ice but good luck ever getting a bag of ice. The icemachine is slow and will be told they are not selling ice so they don?t run out. The entire location needs to be eliminated orcompletely rehabilitated with different staff. Save your money go anywhere else. Read more

I've been to this Sonic many times and if all I stop for is a drink, or a tot it's fine. The problems happen when I order meals... for my family. They never get our order correct. Either they forget an item, which is easily corrected by checking the bags. Theless easily solved problem is where we order mustard instead of mayo & ketchup on our burgers, or no pickles. We recently placedan order on the Sonic app in the hopes that by doing so we wouldn't have the same problems. Sadly, it still did not fix theproblem. I really hope they work on this because Sonic has great food, and I want to support this location. Read more
Have been here a few times and every time our order is either messed up or the food is horrible. Calling corporate doesn't... matter either. They took 2 weeks to even get back to me then another week before the manager even called me. He didn't seem toreally care, like it was a common practice at his restaurant. Save your money and eat at some of the other places Osage City hasto offer. Pictured is our last visit months ago of our "Supersonic Double Cheeseburger" and "Ultimate Chicken Sandwich". Read more
Tasted like someone needs to clean the ice machine. Hamburger tasted funny. Couldn't figure out weather it was the pickles or... what ,but I couldn't eat it ,just didn't taste right. Read more
