Attempted to use the drive through around 6:30-7 AM, sat in line for over 10 minutes as the 2 cars ahead of me (one in each... lane) were served and went through.....then I sat another 5 minutes as I waited for someone to take my order. After watching anentertaining show from the driver of the SUV in the other lane (honking shouting, revving their engine, shaking their fist inthe air and then speeding off and around the parking lot; parking and screaming angrily as they stormed inside)... I finallyjust sighed and went on to Casey's where I purchased my breakfast in peace. Read more
Worst fast food I have ever had and I am familiar with McDonalds. Burgers seemed mushy and the condiments ran out everywhere so... messy. Fries were cold. Not a good experience at all. Read more
Food was hot and fresh, quick service as we were stopping for a quick bite on our way way back home as the small town we live... outside of is very limited on fast food options. Read more
This was the worst food I?ve ever had at a McDonalds. First, they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich, which I ate without... telling them, but I should have. The worst part was the bun was hard and dry. I tossed much of it. The fries were cold andshriveled. They wanted to charge for a cup for water so we declined. Totally unpleasant meal. Read more
The staff here is BY FAR the nicest McDs crew we've encountered in a while, if ever! They were all friendly and smiling,... genuinely seemed happy (as someone at work can be)! We would definitely recommend this location! Read more
Unbelievable bad service. Ice cream machine down (which seems to be typical now for any McDonald's), but especially long wait... for food. While I was waiting, I witnessed a pick order that somehow required 3 different people to deliver. One brought thefood, one brought the drinks, and one brought the straws! Unbelievable. And none of them were moving at any kind of a paceother than slow. I know it is hard to get employees and I've been overly patient, but there was no excuse for this. Read more
I had started to regain trust in this McDonald's until my 2/4/22 visit to this local McDonald's. I had no problem pulling ahead... at the drive-thru to wait for fries to finish cooking, but 5 miles down the road when I started to eat the cheeseburgers in mycheeseBURGER meal, neither of the sandwiches had a BURGER on them. Place was horrible!!! Bathrooms were dirty, floors and tables were dirty and everything smelled like smoke. Waited five... minutes to order as staff were sitting around talking. Ordered hamburgers and received them without a hamburger only bunswhich were cold/frozen. Fries tasted like they were sitting in bad oil. Service was horrible!!! I called back after we wereback on the freeway once we noticed the food was wrong on all they could say was call corporate we can?t give you any moneyback. Would not suggest going there. Read more
