Tried to go here at 2:45 on a Saturday when the hours posted are 9am-9pm and the door was locked. There?s employees sweeping... inside and just looking at me and kept sweeping. Not a business I?d want to give my money to if the employees don?t evenacknowledge people when the doors should be unlocked. Read more
Don?t waste your time! There was only one employee working who was very slow. There was only one small family ahead of us in... line but it took like 15 minutes for the employee to finally make their food and ring them up. Then, when I stepped forward toorder, she said ?hold on, let me get this bread out of the way? and she proceeded to spend 5-10 more minutes spraying six pansof bread dough loaves with water, sprinkling cheese over them all, and putting them on the oven, all at a sloth?s pace and allwhile my family and I just stood there waiting to order. THEN when we finally ordered just the two sandwiches we wanted, andgot halfway through the agonizingly slow sandwich-making process, only THEN were we told they were out of like ?. a bunch ofmajor ingredients, like lettuce, pepperoni, cucumbers, vinaigrette? so I was stuck having to leave major ingredients out and/orsubstitute with something they did have, and the sandwiches we finally ended up with were nothing like what we originally wantedand tasted awful due to the mismatched ingredients and yet we still had to pay full price of course. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill. 2nd time I've stopped in this location, and didn't have any meats. Kind of defeats the... purpose of a sandwich. I realize times are different, but seems every other restaurant or fast food place I've been to, hasmeat. Guess that's why this location is always empty when I pass by. Really wanted to rate this location ZERO stars, they have no idea what they are doing. I bought 5 subs the staff took forever,... there was fly all over the sandwiches and the worker never tried to even bat it away. I had to almost jump over to swing at thefly. I asked for easy mayo for some of my children's subs and she proceeded to squeeze the whole bottle. The produce did notlook fresh at all. We where driving back from or road trip. We ending up throwing the subs away and had to purchase foodelsewhere. Waste of my time and money. Read more
Always out of something. I ordered online and came to pick up. She was finishing making my sandwich. The bread was falling... apart. I told her. I guess it was my fault that I ordered the kind of bread I did. I told her I would need a plate and a spoonto eat it. It literally was crumbling while preparing my sandwich! The soda machine didnt work so she said to get something outof the cooler. The ONLY choice I had was red gatoraide or lemonaid. Thats it. And 3 choices of chips. Usually they are totallyout of chips.
