Woman employee with nose ring at ordering area was very rude to customers. A party of 4 left when she told one elderly customer... she would have to wait until she had time to get more salt and pepper. When it was my turn to order I said I would wait so shecould get salt and pepper out to customers she said that that was none of my business. We left. Read more
Horrible! Rude! All the while ordering I had to listen to the back complaining. Saying they aren?t going to put up with the... people in drive through. All the while they shut down ordering. Couldn?t order for 10min. Asked why. The lady got all sidewayssaying they were too busy. They had maybe 10 people sitting and eating with 4 cars in the drive through. They didn?t haveanything you wanted to order. The lobby was dirty nasty. No tables cleaned and trash all over the tables and trash over flowingthe cans. Read more
Don?t bother going here. They told me they couldn?t serve me because they were under staffed while two of their employees went... out to sit in their car in the parking lot. I?m looking at them right now sitting in their car after telling me that I cannotcome inside and get food. Read more

The Water tasted refreshing unlike the horrible customer service which I am giving my highest, below sub-par review to... date. Where do I start, the cooler than room temperature french fries or the etched in my brain forever, disgusting, bathroomthat can be smelled while one orders his unwarm french fries, hoping the odor is not what it seems... But it was. If one couldpossibly describe the eye burning flavor you could taste, and if you want to put a label on that room, the only thing thatcomes to mind is a diseased, rotting, unhuman, with a hint of an armpit smell that has never seen daylight room. This place is honestly the worst tacobell i have ever had the displeasure of giving my business to in my life. Terrible customer... service, extremely rude not to mention they will flat out refuse to make you food if they don't want to or it's within 3 hoursof closing. They think a cravings box is a big order!! Both the KFC and tacobell are missing over half their menu at all times.So you'll never get what you want if they even make it...and if your lucky enough to get that far it will definitely be madeincorrectly as well as put together looking like a 5 year old grab ingredients and threw em in a bag. I have tried this place 7times since I moved to Osceola...4 times I was flat out refused service because I wanted a order bigger than chips and cheese. 1time they literally had nothing or at least told me that. And the 2 times I was albe to order food , both the orders were wrong( its a taco..how? ) and the food was barely in a shell let alone the wrapper... this place needs a whole new crew andstandards. I want to start by saying the girl working the counter was very nice, and apologetic for the lack of items available. I felt... bad for her because I feel like most people took their frustration out on her, and I know she had no control over foodavailability. That being said, I was very disappointed because they were out of a lot of their Taco Bell items. I had tochoose 3 times off the menu before I found something they actually had available. Probably won't be going back to that TacoBell anytime soon. Read more
The store was dirty, the service was incredibly slow, the food was mediocre and sloppy, the kid behind the counter knew nothing... about the food and couldn't answer my questions. It took about 12 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and fries, I ended upgetting two drink refills just from standing there waiting. People at the tables couldn't hear their names being called so theirorders sat on the counter getting cold. I don't eat fast food, but stopped because I was hungry and wanted something fast thatwasn't a greasy burger....it was anything but fast, and a greasy burger would have probably tasted better. I've never beenserved pickles on a chicken sandwich before, that was disgusting...had I known, I would have asked for them to be left off. 4stars for the chicken inside the sandwich, it was pretty decent. But clean the place and work on getting food out a littlequicker...the place was almost empty, it shouldn't have taken that long. Read more
