Got a rotisserie chicken wrap, ordered it with an extra scoop of chicken. They said they couldn?t do an extra scoop of meat... because ?it?s hard to close the wrap after they add the veggies? that?s fair, but I also told them that I wasn?t really going toget much for veggies and the answer was still no. I ended up with a tiny wrap that easily could have fit the extra chicken. Sadday. I believe that the reason they feel the need to deny extra meat on wraps stems from the fact that they have a lack ofknowledge or training on the veggie formula and also on the way to close a wrap. If they used proper portioning they would haveno problem closing wraps that have every veggie type and even extra meat (like the formula book shows) The wraps I have gottenfrom this location in the past have also been closed very poorly (more of a ball than a cylindrical shape) I would like topolitely suggest some training be done to help the employees understand proper formula and the way to close their wraps. Alsobeing able to offer alternatives like maybe a protein bowl. or making accommodations such as offering to put the extra on theside. I understand the struggle especially with them being busy at the time of my order, but I have seen these problemsconsistently on multiple visit and I thought it should be addressed in hopes that experiences are better in the future. The food was good but the wait was pretty long. It looked like they were understaffed so I understand.
Excellent service from the Manager today handling our order. Our subs were delicious. Can always count on good food from here.
Will never order from the Oscoda subway again. Made an online order last night. App said food was ready, but when I got there I... was told they were out of bread and it would be about 30-40 minutes. So I left and came back 40 minutes later. Not one thing ofbread was done and was told it would be a few more minutes. So I asked for my money back and I got told that she could dorefunds on online orders and there wasn't anyone there that could. So moral of the story 8s is Subway robbed me and my family offood and $30. Read more
I used the drive through. Love the new touch screen, very convenient! Although, My sandwich did not taste right, something was... off. I asked for extra sauce and did not get it. They also gave me the wrong bag of chips, didn't realize til I got home. Slowdown and pay attention crew. Read more
