Have been going for over 4 years.. tonight was the last night. The quality has gone down over the years but tonight was... something else. Beef/Pork completely out, rice overcooked, refried beans not even fried. The only meat they had is Chicken Tingabut it tastes and looks like it was just boiled no seasoning at all. Have been fan of this place but no more. The quality has gone down a lot. Not coming here again.. people preparing food are not... enthusiastic and don?t want to serve. i most definitely wont be coming here again. really not sure how this place has a 4.4 star rating? the employees were so... painfully slow at making the burritos/bowls, it took 15 mins for staff to make two burrito bowls and a burrito. the sweet potatowas horribly burnt, and so was my burrito. the salsa had a strange consistency and the preparation station was very messy. onelarge issue that i had was the fact that my burrito was $16.16 for a veggie regular size burrito. nothing fancy, no extra fees,just a burrito with veggies for $16. my friends burrito bowls were over $20 each. there was a large chunk of avocado in theburrito bowl, and a palm size piece of steak in the other. the chicken looked and tasted like canned tuna. i love to supportsmall but sadly i cannot recommend both the atmosphere and food at bang bang. I'm sitting here wondering how the heck did this place get 4.4 stars? I went to this restaurant craving burritos and my favorite... spot Bar Burrito was closed. The staff was very nice here but I was not ready for the complete Disappointment that this burritowould be! This restaurant is SERIOUSLY OVER PRICED!!! And their burritos are the worst I have ever had. And I mean that with allhonesty. After paying close to $40 for 2 regular sized meat burritos (alone) one chicken and one pulled pork, I was so utterlylet down. The rice was HARD and there was ZERO flavor save for the hot sauce!! I mean like absolutely no seasoning!! Not evencilantro! The chicken tasted like canned Tuna! The pulled pork was dry with no taste either. Goodness! how can these people callthis a burrito? What's worse, I got the pineapple salsa it was literally huge chunks of pineapple, and that was it!! Even thetoppings didn't save these tasteless "wraps" We couldn't even finish these burritos. Customer service was great and the pricing includes all the extra like guacamole. They give good portion sizes and spread the... topings evenly so you get a balanced bit everywhere. The pricing was a little high but again it includes all the extras. Meatneeds a little more flavor but overall was great. Great place to catch a quick late night bite. Only downside is that It's a bit expensive, however the quality of ingredients is... a positive. I always get the fried fish burrito everytime I come here and it doesn't disapoint. It's flavorfully, filling andalso has unique taste due to the unique ingredients available. One this to watch out for, at times is if the staff don't fullydrain the toppings once putting them on. Make sure you let them know in advance to do that. Also, I like how they have an alumnidiscount, this is super helpful. Again love this place and will continue to come back here for more. Read more
