Got a ROCK in my bean burrito here, which is not the first time they?ve messed my order up - they gave me a beef burrito before... when I can?t even eat meat and I asked for bean, upon calling and returning to the store about this issue because I nearlycracked my tooth eating and biting into it the manager was absolutely unprofessional. She argued with my partner on the phonefor 15+ minutes on not refunding the order and then only refunding the cost for the one burrito. Honestly, how do you get a rockin your food? That is such a health and safety hazard to which the employees and manager did not even seem to care about. Theywere so casual as to my complaint.. Going forward with my complaint, corporate hasn?t even gotten back to me. Highlyunprofessional and lazy. I guess it only concerns you when there?s a lawsuit on your hands. Worst ever burrito place !!! Never going back !! I ordered an extreme fries with no protein as I?m a pure Vegetarian but they... send the fries with beef on it !! And I thought it was veggie ground something so i tasted it and later came to know that it wasbeef !!! Also when i called they said that we can give you free fries next time!! After ruining my religious practice and theyhave to offer is a free fries !!! The Manager didn?t even talked to me !! It?s the worst place ever !! Never going back !!
