Stopped in for 1 cocktail on Wednesday night.... was the plan. Our bartender Greg made us the best cocktails. Starting with... Cinder Margartia we couldn't leave without ordering another. Best margaritas we have had in years. Also catered to us lovingchartreuse and made us last word cocktail and was amazing. Thanks to Greg being absolutely personable and his mixology wasincredible. Wow! What at a great experience! First time going and I have to say the service from beginning to end was flawless. Zivian was... our server - she went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing but perfect. The food was amazing, we started out withB52's, and then sampled a few dishes on the brunch menu - the stuffed cheesecake was Sooo good, I highly recommend it! The riceballs were nice too, although next time I would ask for extra tomato sauce on the side. Can't wait to go back to check outthier dinner menu! Read more
We hosted my kids Baptismal lunch at Baxters Landing on Sunday and I have been absolutely amazed by the courteous, helpful and... always responsive staff at Baxters Landing! I had rentals and flowers delivered to the restaurant along with my personal decoritems.. everything was handled with care and professionalism! Food was amazing, serving staff so friendly and prompt andmanagement a breeze to work with! I will be hosting more events at this location and would suggest everyone to do thesame. We went for a birthday dinner. The food was really good and the overall vibes of the restaurant. Our server was nice and... accommodated to all our requests. I did find my salad side portion pretty small but overall the burger was very good (I got thebacon jam burger). Also do check their drink menu, they have a whole variety going on. Read more
I am going to share the story of Baxters Landing making me forget about a very difficult week on Friday evening. Friday evening... my parents, my hudsband and two little boys were waiting for me at the restaurant, as I was coming from a long drive back fromToronto. Everyone was ready to order. As soon as my hudsband mentioned where we where going are for dinner, I knew exactly whatI wanted. It's the same dish I always order here. Their delicious seafood risotto. Unfortunately, they have changed their menuand their risotto was a vegetarian risotto. Our lovely waitress (I wish I could remember her name), saw how bad I wanted thissea food risotto. Without me asking, she offered to ask the busy chef if they could make me the sea food risotto. She came back.I wasn't expecting, for a busy chef to change a whole dish just for me. But this amazing chef made it possible. I was the mosthappiest lady in that restaurant. I couldn't extent my gratitude in person at the moment as I was with my busy 2 and 4 year oldboys. We were celebrating my dad's birthday. The best way to let them know how happy they made me and how great they are, is toleave a great review for these amazing team. I know how busy they were, and again without me asking they went above a beyondtheir fabulous customer service. I wish they could keep their risotto for life in their Menu, its my favorite dish, and thefact that they had seafood version it was beyond my dreams. Please consider having the option of adding sea food to it. I lovehow they are making it inclusive for vegetarian people though. This was an amazing experience as always!
