An employee named Jamie-Lee posted a wing special that had my interest at first. Upon reading the comments , potential customers... had asked where it was located. She proceeded to tell them she doesn't have time to do Googles job and be rude to them. She hadtime to reply multiple times rudely but not to assist in providing a location of the business. Used to go here all the time, normally the staff is very pleasant. The other day one of the bartenders was extremely rude to me... and when I called in to speak with the manager they hung up on me twice as well as shouted at me. This on its own is extremelyunprofessional but would not warrant a one star rating. I went in today and asked to speak to the owner, rather than listeningto what I had to say he immediately demanded that I leave. it was the owners refusal to sit down and address my complaint thatwarrants the 1 star rating. Even if he had listened to me and done nothing it would have been more forgivable then not evengiving me the time of day. Stoped here for a couple drinks not very friendly lady was very rude. Was charged double for one drink showed her my bank... statement showed that there was 3 charges to my bank. I said but I paid for the drink then she yelled at me and told me to getout of her bar. Meanwhile there was people they're so drunk they were drinking sitting on the floor. Update: I called backspoke with the manager he was very nice and polite and offers to have a drink on the house.? Read more
I highly recommend this place! It is a hidden gem located on a small road behind a much larger, more obvious place. Look for it,... it's worth it! It is small, but very clean, and pleasantly decorated. The staff is warm and homey. The whole thing feels likeyou walked into your best friends rec room. We all had burgers that were made fresh on site and they are excellently seasoned! Ihad a burger with grilled cheese sandwiches instead of buns! It was very tasty and filling. I also had a Greek salad that waseasily one of the best I have ever had! The next time I am in Oshawa, I will definitely stop here! Read more
