Came just to grab a quick bite and went to this location and was served by one of the best servers I have encountered! Abby was... my server and she was outstanding, brought my food out fast and constantly checked up on me to see if i needed anything else.She definitely makes me wanna come back again and again, very kind and sweet to talk to!! Had an incredible waitress but her "manager" told my partner they couldn't substitute the new Mac and Burger with the Veggie... Patty rather than the Beef Patty, my partner is vegetarian... I've been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and havenever heard of such ridiculousness. Never thought I'd write an online review for a restaurant but management here are tools andbecause of this one mistake, we will be taking business elsewhere. Note: We go out every night of the week, we enjoyexperiencing different restaurants and communities and this Boston Pizza lost all respect from a fellow chef and BOH manager. Read more
Best Boston Pizza, hands down (and I’ve been to many across the GTA!) our server Abby was absolutely lovely! Our food was hot... and fresh and very flavourful and cheesey! The portions were gigantic, I only ate half my pasta dish. My son loved his bugs andcheese with Cesar salad. I commend the management at this location for doing such an excellent job. I can honestly say I’vevisited some horrible BP locations, and this one by far is the best! Will definitely return when we are in the area again! Thankyou for your great service and delicious food :) ***Edit*** my apologies for the edit, unfortunately I didn’t have time to addthis part until after. When I reviewed my bill I saw that I had been charged $2.29 for hot sauce! Hot sauce is a condiment usedto spruce up your food… funny thing is I only used a tiny bit (what happened to Tabasco and Frank’s bottles?) I get it thatthings cost money, I’d pay 50 cents for a side of hot sauce but $2.29 is a bit much! :( Read more
Service was great, pizza was great, cactus fries were too well done, but when I sent them back, we got new one instantly, and... they were great. Price is like all others, way higher now, but I guess on par with other places. 20 of us enjoyed a lovely dinner on Sunday evening. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff were very accommodating about... balloons and decorations. Our waiter, Mackenzie was delightful. She was attentive, efficient and even acted as a photographer.Thanks a lot! Read more
Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't hot but rather room temperature. Cactus fries were GREAT! The server checked in with us only... towards the end of the meal (we were ready to ask for take-away containers and our bill). Read more
Came here for a friends 21st birthday and our server said that they don’t accept Health Cards or Passports as photo ID… I... could be wrong but this is the first time I’ve ever heard that at a restaurant or any establishment before. I’m a servermyself and know that legally both those forms can/ should be accepted so not sure if she was having a bad day and decided totake it out on us or what but we were not impressed. The server also never asked if anyone wanted dessert so the birthday girlmissed out on her birthday dessert as well as a few of us were supposed to get chocolates because we ordered off the holidaymenu and she never brought them. They then brought the bills without even asking if everyone was finished! Food was fineoverall- Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo was bland and the holiday max and cheese was pretty good. Read more
