I go to eat whopper Wednesday every week. I recently moved and this is my closest location. Service is usually fine. However... there is an employee named Adam who I always hopes is working. He is by far my favourite employee at any Burger King. He isfriendly and always provides us with extra mayo. Please give this man a raise. He truly deserves it. Best stop for the value. A young family trying to save money and enjoy a meal. This would be definitely one of the top spots in... Oshawa. literally the worse customer service. the star is cause the food was ok. it fed me. i?ve never seen workers just sit there and... not do anything. one was just putting things in and out of a bag to look like he was working. a lady behind the counter wasgiving strict attitude to not only the workers but all the costumers. someone before me said their food was cold and she reallysaid: no way it?s cold, it just came out. but when another coworker of hers felt it. he agreed it was cold. horrible. 1/10 defwill not be stopping here again. As for me, this location always knocks it out of the park. Typically I stick with the staple whoppers & original chicken... sandwiches. You can taste that the products are fresh and the oil they use is clean. Topping ratios are great, I am alwaysimpressed with my sandwiches from this location. No issues with the service here and in my experience the food is typicallyready by the time you pay. Read more
Cashier was great, didn't understand why there were so many people waiting for food, and a line in drivethru and then 4 staff... standing around doing nothing, not including the cashier and too cooks. I usually don?t have complaints about restaurants. Burger King is my favourite restaurant and has been 5 stars rating for years... but service here lately has gone down hill. Today we went and did dine-in and the food was barely warm (except for the fries;they were hot), there was no AC or if there was it was very low, no ice in the coke machine and the buns I got for my 2Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches were hard (probably a bit stale). We went in at 1pm with no lineup. Ordering using Skip orUber Eats has had the same problem where the food is barely warm to start and by the time it gets here is cold. Usually I really like burger kings breakfast. However today I am sorely dissapointed and a bit disgusted. This was the egg that... was on my bacon crissonwhich. It smelled burnt and rank there is no texture of egg and it's hollow feeling. It looks and feelslike super over cooked French toast. There was Noone else in line, they weren't busy at all. Cleanliness: This Burger King location is not the best when it comes to store cleanliness, but it is not as dirty also,. Maybe... because the establishment is old whic makes the tile and tables look not at its best. Crew and Service.The girl I posted on thepicture is nice but just like other food chain they are not polite but they are not as bad. She doesn?t know the thing I amtrying to order, which is basically on their poster, which is the spicy or angry cheese burger, so I don?t need up having theregular ones.
