This is the second time I've been at this chatime and ordered roasted milk tea with grass jelly and crystal boba. Don't know why... this place can't get it right. Love Chatime, and everything on the menu. Just think the staff at this location needs to be trained a little more. I guess... something happened to one of the machines, which obviously is going to put a hold to making the orders. That?s fine, thingshappen. Not sure if it was time of day or the employees were just off today but walked in and to the order window and no one decided to... say hello or anything... was kinda confused but decided to bite my tongue. There was one other gentleman who had apparentlyalready ordered and was waiting. Noticed the self service terminals and walked over and ordered as Strawberry Slush with 0sugar and Coconut Jelly. Paid and waited. While I waited, another patron came and walked up the the front window and wasinstantly greeted and served. Was kinda confused but eventually got my order and left without incident. Some training inbasic customer service would probably be beneficial here. Don't think I will be coming back to this specific location. Shouldbe noted that my order was incorrect and they put full sugar in it rather then the 0 sugar requested. Oh well. Read more
Good product but there are at least two evening staff that do not understand that they should be working to keep orders moving... instead of ignoring online orders coming in. More than once we've waited fifteen minutes for a pick up from an online order. When we get there, the store is empty and these two younger staff members are chatting up a storm while our order has not beenmade yet. Definitely need some training 101 of working in the restaurant. The rest of the staff we interact with (we are hereat least twice a week) are super awesome and helpful. Read more
Great location in Windfield farms. Got greeted right away upon opening the door. Orders can be made through your phone, touch... tablet at the store or in person. Lots of different varieties and options for cold as well as hot teas. They also haveslush! I tried the honey green tea , lychee green tea . It was amazing and I didn?t feel bloated right after. Finally open! Yay! I like that they have a speakerphone/speaker thing to help the person hear and speak to you over the music.... Lots of options, as usual. I tried something new and liked it. Wish the staff will be less shy in the future and more inviting!Nonetheless, beautiful and great. Read more
For their worst and sneaky rewarding app and creepy wifi service: Wifi will demand you to fill every personal detail every... freaking time until they would let you on - super creepy considering that you have paid to be inside the establishment. Therewarding app is not only glitchy, but it also leaves a sour taste in the way they structured the reward system. For example,every time you have redeemed your points for drinks, they will deduct the points and forced you to climb again even though I?malmost above gold level. For all the more expensive than Starbucks powdery drinks and absolutely worse service, plus a feelingof getting abused, I?ll stick with Starbucks unless my wife force me to visit this joint but I?ll do so sparingly and hope fortheir closure.
