Went in for hot chocolate after the santa parade. (Nov. 19, 2022) Asked if we wanted whipped cream and we reluctantly said... yes. Afterwards, I realized two SMALL hot chocolates are $7.40 because whipped cream is .50 extra on each cup. they put it onafter we said yes without informing us. we were freezing so we took it. but for everyone out there: avoid this place. you canget better and bigger sized hot cocoa anywhere else. $7.40?????? I went there on Saturday with a friend, there was a cockroach running around on the table, I quietly told the person serving, he... didn't offer a refund for the latte I couldn't then drink, he didn't offer and apology or refund. I emailed head office andnever got a response back. Never going back there again. Read more
Not a great selection of sandwiches. But I don't drink coffee so maybe I'm not the target audience. No A/C on a hot, hot day. It... was insufferable standing inside waiting for service. Read more
Great place best capucino în town. I also have a coffee with 2 shots of expresso one in a while. Sanviches are the best turkey... avocado is delicious. I will recommend this establishment. Great service with a smile. Read more

Always enjoy all Coffee Culture locations I've been. No exception here. Clean, not usually very busy. Would be nice if locations... could be in sync with their closing times. Here it's 6 another place 7. Let alone the fact that the hours are quite early toclose at for a cafe. Read more
Tried Coffee Culture for the first time (in Oshawa, on King Street), and not only was the coffee overall disgusting, but it came... with hair. Would give less than one star, if possible. I mean, this is unacceptable even during normal times, so all the worseduring a pandemic. Edit: Coffee Culture gave us a $10 gift certificate to compensate for our bad experience with them. Ithink that was decent on their part. Unfortunately, it doesn't make up for the hair and poor quality coffee. Read more
Always an amazing experience with staff. Food is prepared with care and delicious. Have to admit I do miss the everything... bagels. Do yourself a favour and try their mango banana chai smoothie! Read more
