Just finished a meal with my girlfriend, service was fine but the food was absolutely disappointing. I took no more than 3 bites... of my pasta and had to stop. My girlfriend got a pizza, and the bacon was as good as raw. Disappointing, as we were lookingforward to coming here for a while. Spent $65 on food and drink, and the most we ate was the free bread! Have always had good experiences at this location, although not usually busy when we go. Price is reasonable and service is... good! Last time went with family and had Nate serving us. He was patient with our kids, efficient and friendly with a smile eventhough it was busy and his section kinda started filling up all at once. Had a small mishap with my husbands meal being orderedincorrectly and taking a while to be remade but did not damper our experience at all. He was quick to fix on his end and it cameout as quickly as it could being a chicken dish. Would recommend and return specifically to this location when in the mood forpasta or milan chicken dish! I?ve had two really great experiences here. The most recent being the best. I went out for dinner with some friends. Our server;... Laura R, was lovely. She we prompt, efficient, friendly, and gave us 110% despite having other tables and it being fairly busy.My Pepsi was originally flat and and I just asked for an iced tea instead. She went out of her way to go to the bar, knowingtheir machine worked well, to get me a Pepsi. Most servers just take the substitution and don?t bother. She gave excellentrecommendations which I loved as I?m always undecided. I will always order the parm fries thanks to Laura! Our food was 10/10,but Laura made our entire meal 100/10. Went hoping for a better experience than in the past..sadly we were disappointed again. Service was slooooww. I mean sloooww.... People coming in after us and eating and leaving before we even got our food. I ordered food that came with all you can eatsoup/salad and didn't get anything until my husband spoke up. Food was ok. Portions were good. My meal the chicken with pestoand feta cheese. The chicken was amazing the side vegetables were underwhelming and gross. Over all food was pretty good but theservice was awful. The server wuz very slow and no where to be found when needed. Ordered a pop and once it came so glad for I wuz very thirsty.... Take a drink and spat it out cause it did not taste like pop just really carbonated gross water. After getting all of my foodwhile eating my salad I asked for some containers cause my eyeballs were bigger than my stomach. I still had abit of salad leftso I asked for some more cheese on my salad and some more bread. I get the bill and I got charged for cheese on my salad and theloaf of garlic bread. So I asked y did I get charged ? The waitress told me, my manager says once u ask for take outcontainers whether ur still eating or not do not ask for more cheese or bread. Have not been to East Side Mario?s in years. My expectations were on the fence for a chain restaurant. My friend has severe... celiac disease so we were suspect. They produced an extensive gluten free menu. We both had a pasta dish that was hot, flavourful and ample. But the best part of our meal was a delightful young lady named Laura who made the experience even moreenjoyable. She was pleasant, friendly. attentive to my friends gluten allergy to the extent of putting my bread no where nearher. If you could have her train your staff you would be golden. The food was delightfully delicious. It was amazing. Everything was on point. Our server, Alice, she was very proactive and... prompt. I loved the food. My friend also loved hers. I had the lasagna, with a side of Italian wedding soup. My friend orderedthe Carbanara with the Italian wedding soup as well. We had sliders for appetizers and cheese cake for dessert.
