Worse service ever!!!! Took over an hour for are meals.. we never received any salads .. then they messed up our order.. the... pasta was under cooked with very little sauce.. my daughter couldn?t even eat much of it.. then took them forever to get me ourdesserts for the kids.. never will go there again.. I?d rather food court over them.. eat at your own risk there? wish I couldput a negative star!!!!! Read more
I am giving this horrible location one star. The only reason it gets a star is because Jewel our server was the star of the... night. Where do I start, the place was filthy! Tables were not cleared. When we sat down at our table there was no plates orsilverware. The food was absolutely disgusting so much so that as you can see my son's Chicken Parm was NOT COOKED it was burnton the outside and cold and pink on the inside. My cappelletti was dried out and bland no flavor. My husband's seafood pasta washorrible the clams were so dried out and the scallops tasted frozen and were so tiny. The prices for this horrible food wasdownright gouged and not doable for a family anymore. I also got charged extra for the bacon in my all you can eat Ceasar salad.I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. Read more
We called last minute hoping to make a reservation within the last hour of service (???? hated doing that). Our server was... AMAZING...she was so kind and accommodating. Even tho we came in way to close to closing time (sorry again) she did such awonderful job taking care of us for our sons birthday. Maddi deserves recognition for her top notch service tonight...She evenmade him a special customized dessert!!!!! Thanks again!!!! Read more
They have really stepped things up here. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Food tastes great and the staff have really came a... long way from where they were a few years ago when they first opened up in this location. Thanks for the great service and food. Read more
I only give a 4 as the temperature was uncomfortable as the air conditioning was not on. The food was fabulous. Did not have to... wait long for our meals. Our server David did an excellent job for only being on the job for 5 days. He made sure we always haddrinks and bread. I give 5?? as it was busy. Thank you for the great meals. Read more

I believe they were short staffed so took a while for us to get served. Food was decent, nothing too special. They also ran out... of cheesecake as we wanted that for desert so ended up skipping out on that. Read more
We love East Side's but this last visit wasn't their best performance. We waited 35 minutes for our main course and, after a... group of over 20 people arrived, the server seemed to be focused more on them than on us. The food was good though, so hopefullynext time will be an improvement. Read more
