RUDE STAFF, FOOD NOT AS PER REQUEST. I am extremely disappointed with the food and service served at this location. We have been... eating at different locations since years and none of them have disappointed us as much as this one. We ordered huge burriotowith veggies. We also added a note to the order for extra veggies on it. When we came home and started eating it we noticed thatthere were only rice and just a little bit of lettuce and there were hardly any veggies into it. It was 95% rice and 5% veggies.This is totally unacceptable. I called the location and the staff was rude that we make all over burritos perfect. I am alsoattaching a pic for reference. This location is a literal joke and will never get mine, or my families business. They hire people who make this company look... like a complete joke and do not have any respect for the paying customers. I?ve been to this location twice now and both times Ihad the exact same experience with both employees I had encountered. Horrible customer service. LET ME EXPLAIN: this locationwill charge you for a BIG and give you a size LiTTLE. Will argue and gaslight you when confronting them about the size portion.If I am paying for something, please have the respect to give me what I paid for, not LESS THAN! On both occasions they hadrefused to remake the burritos or give me a full refund. The one time I had even complained about the burrito not being toastedlong enough as well with the portion size and he still argued to not grill it more. I took a bite in afterwards because I wasstarving and the cheese was still cold! This was the worst place we?ve ever had a burrito bowl. The lettuce was brown, the rice was old and hard, the chicken was... rubbery and hard and the service was bad. I couldn?t finish even though I was starving. So upset I wasted my money. Never goingback again and head office needs to shut this place down. Read more
Ordered a couple burritos last night and both just tasted like pure lettuce and was missing toppings I asked for. I also ordered... chicken and got pork. The bag even had pork circled. I called and the lady was so rude and did nothing and hung up on me. Firstand LAST time I will ever come back to this location. Read more
From 2017 to 2019 whenever I visited canada for 3 months.. This food joint would be one of my Favorite place to enjoy their... indo-mexican bowl. After long time I visited this place.. Ordered Shrimp large bowl. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY ...THE RICE USED WAS OVERCOOKED .. I've never left a review before but my poor experience with this particular chain has, compelled me to write one. Ordered a big... steak burrito because I had a small breakfast as well as trying to get as much protein as I can get. One bite in and I wasalready suspicious, and later realized that only around 10% (or even less to be honest) was actual steak (the actual thing theyadvertise to that the burrito has). They also added ingredients that I told them to omit, as well as only adding smallquantities of ingredients that I wanted, but loading up on the rice. I can't get a refund, because I didn't ask for a receipt asI was under the impression that the quality of other franchises would carry over, I was unfortunately wrong. Disgusting. I genuinely hate ate. This was eaten in desperation. It was very salty with boiled chicken and gross mystery "sour... cream". How. HOW does one botch a quesadilla?? I put one star because zero wasn't an option. 40+ mins for this garbage. EatANYWHERE else. Wow. Read more
CHEAP, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE STAFF. I ordered (take out) a veggie burrito with extra vegetables but surprisingly after... reaching home I realised that it was just a rice burrito because they have a problem putting veggies in it.
